Came by for dinner one night on my way home. Got the Big Mike Sandwich and a side of fries. The sandwich was delicious. The staff was great to talk to & helpful. Wasn’t too busy in the shop either. I’ll definitely be back. If you’re dining in, parking could be a small bit of a challenge, as you have to find street parking.

My wife’s favorite burger place in Midtown! Customer service was good the gentleman was helpful and friendly. I would definitely enjoy this place again. I really love burgers and I like blue cheese crumbles with bacon. They don’t serve blue cheese. The fries were pretty good too. This place is like 4.5 for me 5 for my wife. I just wish they had blue cheese.

Spent the afternoon in Atlanta and ended up here. We wanted burgers for dinner and Sam’s were great! Fun atmosphere, music and vibe. Definitely will be back when we’re downtown for the day!

I just left here. Was the only patron. The front door was open and I t is freezing in here. I got my food and asked for it medium and was well done. It a drop of juice and the freaking bun wasn’t toasted.

ok. I ordered from uber eats and the order did not go through. I had 9 people at the office training and hungry. so I called Sam’s directly and talked to Mike. He is fantastic. He said no worries and he took my order. it was ready in 15mins and he brought it out to my car. Now for the best part.. the order was prepared correctly, food is hot and fresh and this is the best burger in town. the other sandwiches are huge and worth every penny. Thanks Mike! you are a lifesaver and all are happy.

Overall, there were so many touch points and questions required to get what I needed for a Monday night sandwich. For a quick serve burger place, it is not welcoming, quick, and easy. The restaurant door was propped open when it was below 40 degrees outside. The menu doesn’t specify the style of sandwich they serve….it is a cold sandwich on toasted bread. The restaurant was out of bottled water and their fountain drink machine does not offer water. The employee offered to fill a cup for me in the back which was nice. There is no place to wash your hands and no hand sanitizer. Getting to a sink was an ordeal because the women’s restroom was closed. The employee unlocked the men’s restroom for me using a butter knife. The bathroom door handle is in need of repair and looked unsanitary.
