The “greek” salad had iceburg lettuce, which some was brown, sliced olives, and white onion. No where near an authentic greek salad. The fried mushrooms were soggy.

I’ve ate here plenty of times before and the food is really good don’t get me wrong, but I’ve had two delivery experiences from DoorDash in which my order was wrong. I don’t eat beef much, so I usually order the chicken philly. The first time I ordered food from them on Doordash I recieved steak instead of chicken. I bit the bullet and ate it because it’s not that big of a deal plus they accidentally gave me an extra order of fries, wrong sandwich but double the fries ♂️. Today, I ordered again through Doordash the same exact thing but I added a half gallon of sweet tea. This time, I got the correct sandwich, no fries and instead of a half gallon of tea, I got a half gallon of some super watery lemon drink (tastes like the syrup in the fountain drink ran out, water with a hint of lemon flavor). I hate to leave a negative review because the food is actually good.

Omg. This was absolutely terrible. About broke a tooth on a steak and cheese sub. And fries were half hard as a rock and other half not cooked at all. So bad that I had to call and tell them but they didn’t answer. And I was so excited that I left $8.50 in tip jar when I was waiting for food. But this was horrible. Will never go back.

Use to be one of my favorite places to eat. Lately some of the food has been overcooked. Tenders were overcooked and They told me this is how they are supposed to look. Didnt want to make fresh tenders. The fries are always good though.

They use DoorDash and DoorDash has no real valve for a review so I have no choice but to leave it with the restaurant. Despite my easy request through DoorDash for a delivery regarding extra ketchup, I receive three tiny packets of ketchup. If they want to use the service, they need to find out why this sort of communication is taking place. My suggestion: don’t use any delivery service with Sam’s unless you don’t have any requests.

Food is fantastic, I love there food and I can not express just how great the food is here. The best Steak n cheese I have had in Greensboro. I’m from DC and it’s been a challenge finding the kind of food I’m use to. My go to for subs. Also appreciate them going above and beyond after Door Dash sent me incorrect dessert. I ordered cheese cake and dasher grabbed chocolate cake. The store sending their own driver to bring me what I actually ordered. I’m waiting for it now. However I had to give them Kudos for going above and beyond. So great food, great service, you want be disappointed! Order from there website.

Pizza was very good (even by this Jersey Girl’s standard). Lots of yummy cheese, plenty of tasty sausage, decent crust (a little crisper on the bottom and it would have been 5 stars). Service was friendly, fast and price was very reasonable. $7.99 special for a “large” (more like a medium back home). All good.
