We, group of 3, arrived maybe just after their opening. Plenty of seating and waited on right away, which was nice. We ordered a family sized pizza and it was “delicioso”! Sausage, mushroom and very cheezy!

Coming here for pizza is never a terrible decision, service can be either kind or rude. Flip of the coin depending on the time, and which day of the week you decide to order from here. Prices are decent for what they have to offer if you dont know what to get just order their carry out special. Pizza salad and 2 liter. Cant go wrong.

Yesterday I ordered a small sausage and onion pizza for pick up. IWgen I got there to pick it up I asked if they could bring it out to me as I am handicapped and it is difficult for me to walk. The lady that brought it out was upset she had to bring it out to me and told me to drive up closer to the building. This is a customer service industry and if you treat customers rude you will not have many customers. I will not be back. There are a lot of pizza places in Rockford.

Newly relocated to Rockford. Heard a lot about Sam’s Pizza. Wasn’t impressed. Most likely will not return for pizza. Went into Sam’s, placed order for 12″ with extra ingredients. Arrived home & found the order was incorrect. Too tired to take it back.

My pizza came 1 and half hour after ordered with a wire scrub pad melted in the cheese. 3/24/23 10:22pm food finally dropped off cold on the porch without notice at 2:34 am 3/25/23. Very disappointed scared to eat the replacement honestly. And then was hung up on and disrespected for trying to get help with refund or replacement. That man should be fired immediately.

I had to call after an hour of waiting for my order for them to tell me I was the “next one out” which was a lie because they called back later to tell me items on my order weren’t in stock. Canceled the order due to customer service alone- can’t vouch for the food.
