I have been going to different pizza joints especially in Northeast Philadelphia. Sam’s Pizza caught my attention when I was driving by. I ordered a medium just a plain pizza and ate in my truck. I was amazed how good they were. One the best pizza in the northeast. Couple days after I tried their Chicken wings no sauce. Even without a sauce the wings were very tasty. It seems been marinated. Also some other places you can taste a blood in their wings but this one from was very delicious. Next one I’ll try their Cheesesteak. Stay tune.

Terrible portion size. My husband ordered shrimp basket. He received 3 fries with tiny shrimp. We spent $30 on two platters and didn’t receive the advertised garlic bread and only got one Cole slaw.

The little girl there that deal with the transaction puts my change on the counter (next to her register) instead of handing it to me. Either she doesn’t like my black skin or she’s just disrespectful. I won’t bother with that place anymore

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We have been loyal customers for over 4 years and had the weirdest experience ever. We ordered a cheesesteak, cheese fries, and a cheeseburger. We called multiple times due to the delayed order (1 hour late) and they said we were the next order to be delivered. Then 30 minutes later, still no food, and we called back and they said to call them back when their delivery driver arrived. When he finally got there we told him that the store wanted him to call them and he said he had no phone. He begins to yell “no delivery” walked off with our food and drove off. When we called the store back they said either they can take off our 2 liter soda or trash our food and not replace it.

Only ordered once and won’t bother to do so again. I called, the girl answered and said hold. She puts the phone down and as I am waiting, she is having a personal conversation on speaker phone. Waited 2 mins and hung up. Called back , took about 6-7 rings before she answers again. Placed a simple order of pizza and cheese fries. I made sure I said my order at least 3x so it would be right. Get my food and of course it was regular plain fries. Called back for her to go back and forth about what I said. Bad experience overall

AGGGHHH!!! Bring back the Panzaroti!!! Best thing ever and the only place around here to get them. Sam’s is one of my go-to’s, I would order like once a week for my kids. Their cheesesteak on the toasted garlic bread is another favorite around here … Seriously tho, not joking about the panzaroti, that was my fav. food in this whole neighborhood

I’ve been a customer of Sams for about 4 years now. Delicious food, I believe so. This past year the customer service is sad, bad, annoying, and just not good at all. It seems to be an evening woman that always has an attitude, or an a rush an unhelpful at times. On a regular weekend me and my family from them. $60. or more weekly. Never again. Customer service means more than employers will ever know. …. Even if a place food isn’t that great, if they have great or even good customer service they can always count on having loyal customer. …. In conclusion this pizza store will never receive another dollar from me. For a my family’s pizza night. Due to the bad experiences from bad customer service. (Oh, I had time today.!)
