My wife and we’re traveling through and discovered this little gem. I ordered a fried shrimp Po’Boy “dressed” and fries and it was excellent! The food was fabulous and the gal who took our order was very nice. It is a quick off and on from I-20 and worth the stop.

Food and the restaurant overall aere great but the experience was not so much. My husband used the men’s bathroom and got stuck because the door knob broke in his hand. According to the cashier and kitchen staff the manager was aware of the door needing repair but still had not taken care of the issue. My husband is claustrophobic so we worked fast to unlock the door but after several failed attempts the door ended being ripped open. The cashier and Kim were both helping and a customer who was male kicked the door in. The gentleman who worked in the back helped but stopped. I want to thank Kim , the cashier whose name I didnt get and the male who busted the door in.

I’ll eat at the one in Monroe, but we won’t eat the one in West Monroe ever again after the way they acted the last two times (yes, we gave them another chance…). The Monroe store has a nice lady at the register who looks out for customers, chats in such a friendly way, and is makes sure you get your food right away and correctly. It’s always hot and so good.
