If you’re in Searcy, Arkansas and want some good seafood. Sam’s Southern Eatery on Bebee Capps Expressway is the place to get it! They have the best fish and shrimp, fried or grilled! There are plenty side dishes to choose from including, green salad, mac&cheese, fries, green beans, cole slaw, & fried okra, just to name a few. Everything is affordable and made when ordered. This place do not ever disappoint.

We eat here about once a month or so. I’ve heard good and bad about Sam’s, but have only had really good food here. Always fresh, hot, and delicious. Service is always adequate, atmosphere is who you bring with you. The #29 is a great choice for a couple to share for lunch. I add 3 shrimp to it for dinner. 3 fish, 3 shrimp, and 3 chicken strips. They usually add a shrimp and ckn strp. Fried or grilled.

We drove by Sam’s cuz it was dark. We like non traditional eateries so We turned around and went back. BEST CHOICE EVER. The menu has several really good choices. I picked the fried fish, grilled shrimp and chicken. The green beans were super flavourful. The portions were big and my plate could have been shared.

Friendly wait staff. Not the most attentive, but very willing to please. The 3 chicken/3 shrimp was fantastic. I actually received 4 chicken and 4 shrimp. The breading was perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. The extra pieces made it easier to share. : ). I highly recommend Sam’s Southern Eatery.

We have lived here for 2 years now and finally found a great place to eat with a menu of a little bit of something for everyone we are from Florida and was shocked by how good there jumbo shrimp were and great flavor same with the fish extremely good eating we spent $48.00 and took half of. the food home there was too much to eat when they say jumbo shrimp they and are not playing around everything was great we will definitely be back we finally found our new restaurant to drive to we drove there from Batesville 35 miles and can’t wait to go again great food and and staff

I cannot say enough how fantastic this place truly is. I literally don’t EVER eat fish and I tried theirs and came back for more! The most lovely experience inside. Great food and service was great. Food was received in a reasonable amount of time. Restaurant was clean. Food was hot and fresh. Only a four star because the restaurant was very cold, apparently their heat didn’t work or trying to save on the utility bill.
