We usually love the food. The fish was hot and good, but a lot smaller than normal, plus no sauce. We got half the amount of fry than normal. Plus the fries were very old tasting. We didn’t eat them. I hope this is not the new normal.

The food is good if they’re having a good day but if the guy who answers the phone has an attitude, be prepared to wait long & have something wrong with your food. They put a disgusting amount of pickles under the fish plates to where the juice soaks your food, despite asking they’ll load you up with pickles & juice. I wanted to give them another shot today, but I was told they were no longer accepting call in orders which is frustrating cause they already take forever to cook the food. It’s a cool place if you have at least an hour to wait for 2 or more plates.

This is my favorite spot to eat the food is incredible my favorite is the crab cakes and my son loves the wings and my daughters favorite is the burger they have vapesand other smoking essentials as well they will look out for you on the days where you are struggling they’ll treat you like you are part of their family ❣️ I love Sam’s Southern Eatery and I promise you will love them as well hurry up and go give them a try you can thank me later

I asked for green beans, red beans and rice and received french fries for both of my sides. Remind you that I ordered through DoorDash. 40 dollars for a billion fries!!! I’m soooo upset!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! When I called, he said, “I didn’t have any sides”. Like, you could’ve had the dasher call me and ask if it was ok that they didn’t have what I PAID FOR! At least give me a choice!!!!

Great food and friendly service! I ordered ahead and showed up a few minutes before my pickup time and the food was hot and ready. Once I realized some of my food was fried instead of grilled, they took it back and fixed it with a little extra. Also the crab cakes are the best thing on the menu, will be back!!

They boys were great! Really know how to make ya feel welcome, and taken care of. All the while cutting up and having a good time doing it. The good energy is infectious.
