Normally this is my go to hibachi restaurant but on this day the service was horrible. There was major confusion between our server and cook, our order along with the other six customers sitting at the grill had to be corrected and repeated multiple times to the point it became excessive. Me and my finace both ordered the Hibachi Steak and Salmon. We was served Shrimp and Steak instead, when we corrected the chef on our order he gave us a plate and asked for our “COOKED SHRIMP THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN PLACED ON PLATES THAT WE HAD BEEN EATING OFF OF BACK!” I am almost positive that is a health violation. On top of that we had to wait on our salmon to be cooked while our other food was getting cold. The food overall was good but still the principle of the matter. My fiance was also served her Merlot Wine in a dirty glass. The cook did not perform as they normally do as well. Just an overall bad experience.

The worst hibachi restaurant I’ve ever been to. My son (2) spilled his water shortly after getting there, so I spent a few minutes dealing with that. I also have a 7 year old daughter I had to help get ready to order. Even with all of that, we still had our menus around 5-10 minutes. When the waiter asked for our order and I told him we still weren’t ready, THIS MAN LOOKED AT HIS WATCH AND SHOOK HIS HEAD. It was the rudest thing I’ve ever seen in a setting like that. The only reason I’m not giving one star, is because the hibachi cook was amazing. He was sweet, super funny, he even checked to make absolutely sure my son wouldn’t be scared of the fire. The food was really good, all but the sushi. It wasn’t particularly bad, it just looked nothing like the pictures in their menu. The bathrooms were also super gross. I went to take a phone call and could barely breathe from the smell. I wouldn’t dream of actually using it.

Our server Mr. Lucky was absolutely awesome! Our chef was great as well! I just don’t remember his name! My mother, brother, & myself had a very nice evening out! It was my 1st visit there, but definitely will not be my last!!

The sushi is ON POINT. the cook was very friendly and funny. We had a blast we brought our food back to our room and ate on it for 2 days. It’s so much food. Very good place. We very much enjoyed it.

Ordered steak and shrimp. The steaks were cut in half and one steak fed two different customers. They charged us as if it were for a full sirloin. Never told us why. I asked and was told there wasn’t enough steak. The place is a dump, but we overlooked it because it always tasted good. Now we won’t be back. We’ve come here since they opened, but this is deceitful and cheap.

I was there on my birthday 01-07. Hubby took me first time for everything. I enjoyed it until you have to pay $9.00 for a roll 2 second happy birthday. I said really it’s not worth it.

Penny pinching company surcharging for small items to maximize profits when the solution is to have it all in the price from the beginning. Additional $2.50 for fried rice to come with your hibachi meal but doesn’t a hibachi meal come with fried rice? Lol

First time last night, hubby and i love hibachi and this one is closer to our home so we gave it a try. Waitress seemed really impatient from the start and seemed to have difficulty understanding our simple order, finally got it sorted and our soft shell crab and tuna arrived, not the best crab ive tasted and most of the plate had battered vegetables with 2 small bits of crab. Our chef arrived and he also had a face like a smacked bum, no smile just started cooking, checked what we ordered and he continued to cook, all was fine until he put the meat on grill, he used the same utensil he had used since the start, placing fish items, steak and finally raw chicken onto the grill, directly after doing this he put butter onto peoples rice using the same utensil, i was shocked and obviously refused the butter. Whilst serving one young lady received all the extras that were left on the grill after everyone had been served, so all the meats, veg and rice so i guess he was consistent with that lol.

As with most restaurants, this one started out decent, but has since gone downhill. I visited 2 months ago, and noticed a strand of hair in my food, but against my better judgment, and my son’s advice, I decided to give it another try. The soup and salad arrived without fail, along with drink refills. The chef told jokes that were entertaining, and prepared a meal that wasn’t bad. As my family and I waited for my card to be returned, a woman approached us and told us we had to leave to make way for another family. This has never happened at any other restaurant. My children were clearly confused and bewildered, as was I. They hurriedly got their things snd made way for the door while I sat there trying to make out what just happened. The waitress arrived with my card and the bill, which was $132 for 4 people. I noticed we were charged $10 for fried rice, which is uncommon, as the rice should come with a Combination Meal of steak and shrimp that costs $24.95. Since when do they charge extra for the rice? I filled out the receipt to include the needed information, but excluded a tip. I don’t want the wait staff nor chef to think this was a representation of them, but a representation of the establishment as a whole. It was far from what I expected, and very disappointing. These establishments must understand to maintain your customers and their loyalty, they must be great from start to finish. I felt like the $10 I paid for rice, was my tip. Better yet here’s a tip, treat your customers better. We all spend our hard earned money at these restaurants, and should be treated with respect. We could have gone anywhere, but chose to come to your establishment, so please treat us and our pennies with respect.
