I hosted my son’s baptism reception here on a Sunday for a couple of hours. Joseph (the owner) has been in constant communication with me since the beginning. He was very prompt to respond to any questions I had – whether it was a call, text, or email. Amanda, his wife, arrived earlier that morning so we could set up our decorations. She was amazing to help accommodate any last minute requests such as additional high chairs, tables, and even coloring books for the kids! The food was delicious! We ordered family style appetizers, choice of 2 entrees, 3 kids menu choices and Italian cookies and coffee for dessert. It was BYOB. We were able to bring in our own refreshments the day before – and they chilled it for us! They were able to accommodate to some guests’ dietary restrictions without any problems. All my guests were surprised how I could find a hidden gem in hoboken! Thank you again Joseph – to you, your family, and the entire staff! We will definitely come back here to dine in.

I can’t recommend San Giuseppe’s enough. We had a graduation party for 40 people and everything went smoothly. All questions were answered in a very timely manner, everyone agreed that the food was delicious and everyone working at San Giuseppe’s was professional, friendly and very helpful before and during our event. There was also sufficient parking for everyone. We will definitely be back.

The service is great, everybody is kind and available, and they help to accommodate my toddler which is always a challenge in a restaurant. The appetizer came quickly, nice crispy fried calamari and sliders. The pizza was good, I personally prefer a crust more crispy but the prosciutto and Arugula was very good.

i when out with my son today for dinner our normal Hoboken restaurant was close for labor day, so we decided to try San Giuseppe, how much i regret it!!!!!! custumer services was disturbing!!!!!! we sat and there im nit to sure but i think he said his name was Erick , from Mexico he said , the most werid weitress we can had, first he dont even said hi he just ask wherre we are from wich my son said argentinian so my son asked him back where he was from he said from another planet ,(what ever) so right after both laugh what a choise my son has , he said ,im from Mexico , cool nice we said , and then he started mention a argentinian player the best in Argentina Messi,and he said oh what happen with him his a bad player hes dressing pink now as a girl and started making fun of it , he make no sence i was there to eat !!!!!n not for him to talk bad about argentinian player he keep goin on and on !!!! so i have to say to him to stop and take our food order,that turned us off not a good start but , i order a margarita pizza and let me told you what the givme was!!!!!! a regular pie with 3 pieces of basil on the top , i never eat a margarita pizza like that , i do not recomend this place was out of sence and taste and reality of what a custumer services should be , just disturbing oh and very expensive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a little restaurant that is, as I understand, run by a lady and her two sons. But don’t let the word little fool you. The atmosphere is great, the food is very good, and the service excellent. I truly enjoyed the eggplant rollitini and the burrata, but everything that was served was really good. We had a group of 11, so we made reservations and chose a menu in advance. The food came out in large platters, to be enjoyed family- style. We would definitely go back. And one of big plus of this place is that it has very convenient parking.

First time ordering from here and it was terrible. Found them On seamless/grub hub and ordered one minestrone soup., spaghetti & meatballs , & kids spaghetti & meatballs. The minestrone looked like someone just salted chicken broth & put in some vegetables. If you look at the attached pic you can see this soup has clear broth unlike what a real minestrone is. Tried about 4 spoons & dumped the rest of that salted water.

This place was exactly what I wanted! First off, free parking. Second, super cozy atmosphere. Giuseppe recommended some favorites, and let us know it’s all fresh! The garlic knot meatball sliders….OMG! AMAZING! Then the pasta, fresh and hot…I recommend the rigatoni! The desserts were to die for too…gotta have the cannoli! I highly recommend this place, and I will be going back!

Best mozz sticks ever! Not even close. Owners are nice guys and really care about the food quality and the customers. I called and told the owner my penne vodka tasted off he wanted to try it to fix it for the future. Guiseppe literally showed up at my door with a brand new pasta within minutes. That’s service! Great local restaurant. We appreciate you!
