We love this San Jose! And had a great reminder why the salsa was so fresh I could have just eaten that! Not spicy which I liked, the food came out quickly and was delicious! Pomegranate margarita was perfect not to sweet! Then the strawberry filled churros just set it off!

The food here is the best Mexican food in the area by far, I don’t want to to get that mixed up. Why I rated the over all rating a 1 is because of fact that when I call the phone number on Google it goes to a voice-mail that’s full. I try to call the entire way I’m on the way to the restaurant, but never get through. I walk into the restaurant and they aren’t even busy, not even a little. No waiting to be sat. One person sitting at the bar. Now I have to put my order in after I get here and wait 25 minutes for the food to be made. Peoples time is valuable. That’s why having a suitable phone system or someone to answer it is vital. We honestly don’t come here as much now because of this exact reason.

I started coming here after the San Jose on Sparkleberry closed for repairs. This restaurant is not as big, and they only have 4 tables inside for 5 or more people. But they keep those open and with 5 of us we have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes. The salsa is great – chunky not runny. Service is usually fast.
