OMG waited 1 hour just to take our order. Only one cashier and this is not even the busy season yet. Total waisted my families time for fun. Manager should make improvement . Gilroy Garden management should take this seriously. People don’t have time to wait in line for food specially with kids. Poor operation. Crazy

DO NOT COME HERE!!!The food is served really cold considering the wait time for your food you would atleast expect some warm food not to mention they dont clean the tables you have to get napkins and clean them yourselves the costumer service is terrible there could be 1-10 people in the resturant and make you come up all they do is be on there phones when the cashier isnt attending people they sit down instead of helping out .100% WOULD NOT RECCOMEND

Waited a long time and that’s not possible… waited almost 1 hour for the order and then another 20 minutes for the food (fries, hamburger and chicken nuggets). I don’t understand that it’s faster because you know what visitors are there tasted it went.
