Very disappointed with customer service. I wanted to order online to offer a lunch to a friend but the site refused my credit card which works on other sites in the USA. I live in Europe so I tried to contact the restaurant and was told that the manager would contact me. I also sent a message but to no avail. To this day, I still haven’t heard anything from them. I find this lack of response unacceptable and uncommercial.

Onigilly is great for snacking! They have these great little wraps they call onigilly that are essentially a rice triangle with yummy stuffing or fillings like Salmon, spicy bacon and even some veg options. If you’re hungry and need a quick bite, swing by and you won’t be disappointed. I’d say it’s about $4.5-$5.5 per Onigilly after tax. Regarding atmosphere or vibes, it’s usually pretty empty inside but I usual pick up to go so not really looking to stay anyway.
