The Cafe looks a bit sketchy on the outside – like it used to be a gas station. Trust the building and go inside! The service was fast and the servers were very polite. The restaurant was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. The food was very authentic and good. I would definitely recommend to others. It took me a second to even remember to take a picture of the food with my phone because it was so good.

The location is small but cozy and clean. The pupusas are flavorful and came out fresh and hot! The curtido was equally as fresh and had that nice crunch to complement the pupusas. The hot salsa was my preference, but they’re still good with the mild. Go try them for yourself!

LOVED the friendly service, the pupusas were generously stuffed and delicious! The salsa comes in regular or hot and they are both full of flavor and authentic. They have an amazing fruits salad drink that I am willing to drive across town for, 10/10 reccomend ! Love love love!

Tried San Salvador Cafe on the recommendation of the Wichita Food and Booze Facebook group and my love of pupusas. AMAZING! Extremely affordable. Friendly staff and very clean environment.

Genuine ethnic food experience. Service can be slow if the kitchen gets jammed up with a lot of orders, but the food is authentic.

Really enjoyed my lunch there. Service was friendly and good. My wife and I shared six puposas split between pork, beans, and spinach. Very relaxed and casual. Will go back.

This place is amazing! There place is extremely clean and presentable. The staff was kind, well kept, and attentive. Now… the pupusa’s… great selection ranging from just cheese to shrimp to “crazy” (everything). The flavor is smooth and attention getting at the first bite, (I suggest a serving if the cabbage in the hat on the table; in accompaniment with the FRESH made salsa).

Sooooo good. We were hungry and saw it and stopped by. Soooo glad we did! The pupusas were delicious. I had a pork one and a crazy. Both were delicious, but the crazies are sooo good ❤ can’t wait to get more. We also got the quesadilla and it was a delicious sweet treat. Thanks, we will be back!

I finally found what I have been craving! I tried spinach and cheese, zucchini and the jalapeno pupusas. My daughter ate the chicken pupusas. They were really good I plan to come back. I experienced great customer service.
