This was our 3rd time at the sandbar. Location is Great, however we did notice a decline in service and cleanliness. It wasn’t that busy and it seemed to take longer than expected for service throughout the entire meal. Our waitress was very pleasant, just didn’t see much of her and had to wave her down for most everything. How about a pressure washer… come on, tables were sticky, walls looked dirty Great place, great atmosphere, just tighten it up. They do rent pontoon boats so we will be back, Hoping for a better visit.

Being kind and giving two stars because the fish was fresh and the views are nice. The service is horrible. We tried to get the servers attention for 20 minutes while she sat at the bar eating and talking to the other servers. The crab and artichoke dip was awful. Super hard bread and no crab.

Highly disappointed with service and food ! Such a shame because restaurant has a cool vibe and beautiful scenery. Our waitress was very grumpy providing an attitude each an every time she came near the table. Yes restaurant was busy but that does not give a reason to provide such a demeanor. Food came missing protein and flavor was just not good. This is an animal friendly restaurant which is great but animals seem to be a bother to staff. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

The Fisherman & chips Mahi plate was amazing; great flavor. I also ordered the same with Cod and it was flavorless. The place has a great view. The service wasn’t the best. Pretty slow. We had to wait a long time to get served, to order, she never checked on us.
