Wow, wow, wow! Absolutely loved this restaurant! The ambiance was stunning, inviting, and so well curated. The menu was delicious. You could tell everything was made from scratch with fresh ingredients. It’s a perfect spot to have a drink in the bar, enjoy the sunset on the covered patio, or dine inside for brunch or dinner. The restaurant is also very family-friendly with some thoughtful touches. Kids were served a free quesadilla as soon as we sat down. What a great touch! We felt so welcomed and well taken care of. Some favorite menu standouts included the elotes, all of the dips and salsa, the Sandía Margarita, the Shrimp Tostada, and the warm handmade tortillas. You can’t go wrong with anything you order. I’ll be back for sure!

The food is great but it’s wildly mis-priced and portions are tiny. So tiny, it’s really unbelievable and I almost thought they had brought the wrong item to our table. Tacos are $11-12 (!!), a tiny appetizer salad was $20, and a tiny appetizer burrito is $20.

Just dropped in for a drink with chips and salsa, but will come back for dinner soon. Margarita was balanced with fresh ingredients. Salsa was smoky, with a nice kick to it. I’m always a fan of blue corn tortilla chips! Great addition to the neighborhood, looking forward to trying more.

Great food! Great environment! Unbelievably high prices. 2 little flautas were $24. A breakfast burrito $20? Yikes! They were also out of guacamole, horchata, and a few other things.

Fun decorations but the food was overpriced for lacking portion sizes. A smaller sized burrito was 20 dollars with each taco being 12 dollars. The food felt inauthentic and had no uniqueness. It’s very obvious this place is a cash grab and lacks passion.

Let me start by saying I really want to like Sandía and I intend to go back because of the proximity from my home to see if they have made improvements in the future. However, the biggest issue is that the price is not in line with the quality of the food. Everything is overpriced by $3-5 and that adds up! If they were a tipless establishment they might be able to justify it but they aren’t.

The food is very mediocre, the portions are tiny, and the prices ridiculously high for what is offered. The very expensive burrito was stuffed with fries from State burger. One taco was $12, plus tax and tip. Meanwhile, right next door some of the best Mexican food in Seattle is served at El Camion, for a fraction of the price. The ambience is nice, and I appreciate the effort, but is completely wrong for the location right on the Burke-Gilman trail.

Food was fine but prices and portions were absolutely ridiculous. Interior had cute vibe but there was pretty much nothing else going for it.

Food is meh, no flour tortillas, and queso tastes like Rotel. However, the location is great and the outside patio next to the Burke is fabulous.
