Tasty, quick, and affordable, what more could you want from a sandwich in DC! I got the chicken & pesto on sourdough and it was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking for breakfast or lunch!

The concierge at our hotel recommended Sandwiches by Phillip for a place to grab lunch, and we are glad he did! Their food is delicious and reasonably-priced, and the fact it’s all made fresh to order means there is something for everyone! We only wish Sandwiches by Phillip was also open on the weekends so we could get one more meal in before we left DC!

Yes Yes Yes, this was surprise find. We had some time to kill and wanted to grab lunch some where close to the Library of Congress while we waited for our tour. This place check every box. Great Food, Service and Clean. I had a grinder sandwich, my son had Chicken Pesto, and daughter had turkey we all agreed the food was GREAT!

As soon as I walked in there was food on the floor. When I asked for something as simple as no cheese, they continued to put cheese on the sandwich. I walked out and spent my money else where. I don’t have time to fool around with them. They lost a customer. I see I’m not the only customer they lost. ordering a simple sandwich shouldn’t be stressful.
