Located in the lobby of the Sheraton. Very tasty and authentic food. A little higher priced but it is University City after all. Food came out nice and hot, minutes after ordering, even though they were super busy. Great portions and everyone happily tucked in. I am still partial to the original C-town location but sit down or take out – this place is 2 thumbs up for me !

Stick to the Cantonese offerings on Sangkee’s menu. I came back after years of hiatus. Not that I didn’t enjoy the meals there, just not enough to go out of my way or push off other options to come here. But I recently read a raving review of the Roast Duck Congee. Even at the inflation pumped price, it’s worth every penny. The service is Hong Kong style, attentive but not intrusive. The calming ambience adds charm to the whole dining experience. Now the place is back near the top of my short list for U city visits.

Enjoyed work luncheon. We had a table of 7. Food was enjoyable and the salmon was cooked very nicely including the crispy skin. Would have liked the food a little quicker but the atmosphere more than made up fir the delay

The absolute worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. I ordered Lo mein and the noodles were stringy like angel hair pasta. That is not Lo mein noodles. The noodles was dry and stuck together like a brick. Noodles was chewy and had no flavor. Absolutely no flavor. No sauce!! None! Like none in the container at all. I thought maybe they put it on the side. I had to add soy sauce to attempt to eat it or separate the Lo mein. Because it was dry, no flavor, and sticky. And I’ve never had to add soy sauce to any Lo mein ever before. This Lo mein was $20 so I’m so upset. I would return it but it’s raining and I’m already home and there closed. Smh I’m so upset right now. The absolute worst Lo mein ever. I wouldn’t call this lo mein. Lo nasty.

Tried a couple of the fish dishes at Sang Kee Noodle House recently. Their flavors are spot on – especially the ginger and scallion! The spring rolls are crispy and delightful. I always leave the restaurant full and appreciate their extensive menu. Would definitely recommend this business in Philadelphia.

The white rice was poorly cooked! Thai tea wasn’t good, and the texture of boba (bubble tea) was weird and likely stale. Xiaolongbao had a relatively fierce strong porky flavor, which I didn’t like a lot. Sour soup beef and fatty pork noodles to me was a bit watery and plain. However, I liked their string beans a lot, and the rice sake thing was also good. Not the best one to go if you have other options though.

Delicious food and filling portions! I had the Baked Seafood Fried Rice With Cheese and really enjoyed it. Yes, it sounds weird, but it was really, really good! But there were so many interesting choices on the menu. I look forward to returning and trying something else, although I may be tempted to get the same thing again because I really did like it.
