Extremely bad service. The moment I walked in the door, the server approached me to make a nasty comment. Don’t feel comfortable eating at a place where they will likely spit in your food. I didn’t want a burger but at least I know the food will be safe.

A friend and I visited on a Friday evening around 9PM and it was very busy. The atmosphere was very lively and people were enjoying karaoke. However, the music from the karaoke was so loud that it was hard for my friend and I to hear each other.

I live near by so I decided to give it a try. Went to order take out and got a Margarita while I waited. It was good! A bit strong but that’s the point. The food was super tasty. Really happy with my steak bowl. The only negative is the portion. I think is a bit small, especially when food is so good you just want more! They added some chips and salsa. The girls that helped me were friendly and on point. Definitely coming back for full service and maybe kareoke on Friday?

Beautiful atmosphere, but the food was subpar. My shredded chicken nachos were completely watered down, no apology, just took them away and still charged me. And she asked me for a refill of my coke, 30 minutes later, she came back and asked if I wanted a coke when I was still waiting on a refill. If this is the owners livelihood, then hire servers that honor your hard work. I know it’s not easy being in a restaurant industry. I will not return only because of the lack of care from their servers. Gabby was our server, and it was dead in there.

The service was bare minimum. The server was at least polite!the 12 oz margaritas were not worth the almost $13 price. The food presentation was good. But the meats had no flavor and was very bland. The atmosphere was great! But if I were going for just food and drinks i wouldn’t choose this place. I was sooo hoping that everything would be like their pictures but it definitely fell short by a lot.

Reading all the bad reviews we decided to check it out for ourselves and yes, we can’t disagree about it, the only good point we can say about this restaurant is looking great and clean other than that it’s just an ok restaurant in terms of food. Customer service is not good, food is not good. The host guy looks like he doesn’t even wanna be there… waitress never even check on us, drinks are nothing special beside the cute cups, Green Enchiladas are dry, Tacos don’t have any flavor at all. Not recommend to anyone!

IF I COULD RATE NO STARS I WOULD. My friend and I went into the restaurant and we weren’t acknowledged at all. The restaurant was not even busy and we were standing at the hostess stand waiting to be greeted and seated. Staff just looked at us and kept on going. We left after standing at the hostess stand for 10 min. POOR customer service would not recommend.
