Very good food. Had the salmon bowl and it’s great! Comes with rice and your choice of salad. Personally I think the oriental salad is the best. Service is great and orders are ready on time for pick up. Would highly recommend.

This place has changed, they no longer give you two salads with the plates you get. What gets me mad is that they don’t lower the price of food but have the nerve to take away a salad from you, then my husband went in today and ordered a yakisoba with chicken breast yet they got the order wrong and gave me some nasty chicken that tastes like rubber. A waste of money, do not eat here it’s no longer as good as before. I should’ve just gotten panda instead from how much these people over charge.

I had the chicken bowl lunch special, which comes with teriyaki chicken, rice (I chose brown rice), choice of salad (I picked the kale salad), and either the potstickers or California roll (I got the potstickers). A pretty big portion and it was delicious! This is a nice option to come to when you’re either coming or going from Burbank Airport.

First time customer, the layout here is quite nice open, the menu goes on and on. Huge selection, choices for both vegan and meat eaters. I had a lunch cury bowl that comes with a salad, it was very filling. The plates have two salads, you won’t leave hungry that’s for sure. Clean wash rooms and the parking here is free. It’s about 3min back to airport if you miss the light.

Sansai as a franchise is great, this location is sneaky and so loses stars. They charge a 4% fee if you do not pay cash. No one carries cash anymore. The real problem is that they do not tell you, if they had a sign it would be different. Effectively it feels like I am paying 14+ tax on my meal. See receipt.

I had never had Sansai before and after hearing so many people rant about how I was missing out, I finally decided to give it a try. My overall experience was awesome! I walked in a bit nervous because I was very hungry and I had absolutely no idea what to order. Luckily, I was helped by Janette. She was very sweet and patient and helped me pick a meal based on the feedback I would give her. The place was very clean and neat. What I loved the most was that the food was delicious and I didn’t have to wait forever lol. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for helping me Janette!!!!!
