If i could give no stars i would…Nastiest food ive ever ate , noodles were greasy as hell! With no flavor at all and slimy! NOT only that ate a piece of broccoli and tasted like hand sanitizer never in my life I’ve spit out veggies that quick…(Got the teriyaki chicken and beef with noodles) …an also got more noodles then some meat….never again gonna come back( osaka japan will forever be in mah heart…) Couldn’t even eat the rest of my meal…threw away almost the whole plate…if you can say its good here inwomder what your on..cause i can’t..

I had to go buy extra chicken to the side, to compensate for the amount of rice they give you for a teriyaki chicken and rice and veggies, I would not recommend this place to anyone, I love the one that’s in Layton it’s not the same at all as this one. 1:36PM 7/21/2019

I do not want to give any stars. I went to get me some lunch today at this place I used to love to eat at. (Sansei) I hadn’t been there for a while and first noticed the price has increased substantially. Then I noticed the take out plate they had was much smaller. I was so excited to eat this wonderful meal and was very disappointed. I did not taste at all like it used to. I didn’t get but maybe 4 vegetables, some chicken and lots and lots of noodles. They had precooked everything so all they had to do was heat up the meat and noodles. I had ordered chicken with noodles and the chicken was dry and sparse and tasted like it was left overs from yesterday. I am very disappointed in this eating establishment and will never return.

Other reviewers have said the same thing but this food is seriously gross. Dont waste your money. The food is mind boggling bland and tasteless. I ordered the chicken and beef and even as I was chewing I couldnt tell which I was eating they were both just gooey nothingness. All topped on a pile of slimey noodles.

Their beef was the nastiest I’ve ever had. It was like squishy fat, and the mushrooms aren’t sauteed. They looked like they were fresh off a salad bar. I’m usually ok with this place but not this time.

My husband and I had ordered 2 plates of the chicken teriyaki with noodles last night 2/8/17. We took our orders to go. As we got home I started eating it, and first bite I knew something was wrong, it tasted awful. I know how it taste when it’s good but this time something was wrong with it. I’m taking both back today and hoping for refund.

The worst chicken and shrimp plate and my girlfriend had just a chicken plate . But my shrimp tasted very fishy which tasted bad and awful . My gf felt the chicken tasted weird . The sauce isn’t cooked with the food like other restaurant. The sauce had a very thin cooked layer like it sat for hours or days as it peeled off before the sauce went on to my food . I won’t be going back ever ! I took 2 bites an threw the plates away .

I asked about their 4.99 special which was to buy one chicken plate for full price and get the other for 4.99. My wife wanted chicken/shrimp plate and I wanted just chicken. But before the cashier let me finish my sentence, she raised her voice and said that that would cost too much and it’s against their policy. I asked if I could pay full price for the chicken and shrimp, and she said no, like what?! Anyway I said nevermind we’ll eat somewhere else. Very confused people work there. I hope they go out of business.

For almost $10 for the beef and shrimp plate, which includes vegetables, beef, shrimp and rice, I expected more than five pieces of shrimp and three pieces of broccoli. There was more beef, but the container was full of rice with a small amount of stuff on top. The meat tasted burned. Disappointed.
