Loved the food. Getting used to the setup. But there was a line waiting to order. The food is fresh and looks beautiful! Can’t wait to go back! I wish the didn’t close as early as they do, and can’t wait when they go back to regular restaurant setup.

Picked up take-out order & didn’t look at it until I got home. California roll contains browning avocado (see photo). Extremely over-ripe & mushy. Tastes terrible. I understand that times are tough for restaurants, but, at this price point, this isn’t acceptable.

It is the delicious authentic food that will bring you back here again. The vegetable tempura is particularly good. The breading light and crunchy not soggy at all. Others dining with me had sushi, sesame chicken, panko crusted chicken and everyone was happy. The only reason I gave four stars on the service is not because the service was poor in any way, it is because they have very very limited hours. They are not even open on weekends! Atmosphere is clean but unremarkable. Go for the food! Portions are generous food is delicious.

I’ve lived here in reedley for a few years and Sansei has been one of the few places I haven’t tried. Sansei did not disappoint, I was surprised to find good sushi locally. It has definitely become my favorite sushi in town. I recommend the red dragon

This place was a waste of time. We were told to wait until they got done cleaning a table and after 20 min of waiting we noticed that they’ve been seating other people before us. When I approached the waitress and told her to take us off the list, because we weren’t gonna wait any longer, she started coming up with excuses instead of simply apologize.

The food is always good, but I don’t like that you have to order before being seated. It feels rushed. It takes the fun out of eating out sitting down looking through the menu deciding what you want to eat.1 star for me. Parking is horrible too. Good luck.

SANSEI has been a family favorite since I was a kid! They have the best sushi around, I prefer it over any fancy sushi place in Fresno or Visalia, also their Japanese cuisine is delicious. Service is mostly good, some waitresses are rude, sometimes its super busy, but it is my favorite restaurant in Reedley, probably my favorite in all central California. #sushi #thebest

Most importantly, the quality of the food was absolutely fantastic. They don’t compromise at all on the ingredients or effort put into the meal. The two negative notes from me are: 1. You have to order when you come in, before you sit down. It feels rushed. 2. The cooks seemed overwhelmed. Getting our meal took quite a while. All things considered though, it was a delicious meal, and a comfortable dining room. Nice staff as well. I’d definitely go back.
