Great atmosphere and wonderful coffee. Got (2) cold brews and an ice Carmel latte. Great cold and will come again. Side note… serves hot AND cold coffee in paper cups with paper lids! Very sustainable and no issues drinking cold coffee in their sustainable paper cups!

This thing is in the old Paloma lobby. Seems they took over the old ticket booth. Coffee is served as pour over. They had 24 varieties. The guy at the counter asked for the exact flavor I like. And it came out chocolaty & low acid exactly as I asked. Four stars ’cause pastry is just so-so. Not bad, just mid. Their coffee deserves better accompaniment. There was a homeless contingent when I arrived early in the morning that degraded the atmosphere a bit.

The store is ok I like the coffee options but the employee seemed to have a bit of attitude when my wife ordered. It didn’t change the coffee that was still a good cup. Employee might have had an off day but customer service is the heart of the business. I will give it another try.

I enjoy the casual Cafe atmosphere and the private study area of this place. The service is very friendly too, which is also a great asset. Unfortunately, every time I’ve ordered coffee here, I have been completely let down. The espresso is overpulled, and the milk is consistently burnt and overfrothed. 1/4 of the drink is usually just dry foam and way too hot. The matcha latte is also much too sweet. Many acquaintances of mine have agreed with the same points.
