I wish I could give the food a zero. Steak was not edible, knife actually wouldn’t cut most of it due to being full of silverskin. Even the baked potato had seen better days. Low rating on atmosphere because there was no ac.

Well I used to eat here every Friday a Saturday night before my son was killed I hadn’t in a year so I decided I wanted a steak so I did a call in order had to call multiple times for someone to answer no issue so I placed my order. Ordered a medium rare steak side of shrimp extra rolls and a salad with egg. Had someone go get it it was only 20 minutes after they couldn’t find my order I should’ve told him never mind but I really wanted my steak. So after 5 minutes he said oh I see it so he dropped off my food and I should’ve followed my first mind my steak was well done no eggs on my salad or my ranch. Rolls didn’t have the cinnamon butter and no shrimp on site so it was pass 11 so I couldn’t call so I just called to be on hold while they spoke to a manager and was told it’s nothing they can do cause I suppose to call back last night how and y’all were closed and to bring the food back really. I guess since y’all think Covid is gone (not) u want ya food back. Or either come up there with the food from last night smh I never spoke to a manager but the girl I talked to was very helpful and no I didn’t get my food fixed so I lost $30+. I just won’t eat there again and that’s sad cuz before my baby was killed I was a regular to Santa Fe oh well. And I wasn’t even gonna call I should’ve just chalked it up cuz now I’m even madder lol.. anywho y’all gone bout ya business and have a good day and even if you can’t don’t you dare go messing up nobody else’s.

Having no a/c in the middle of Summer in Mississippi is definitely not good for business. Especially in a restaurant. Came in looking to enjoy my birthday dinner with my Family and it was less than enjoyable. My Daughter’s burger was burnt. My Son’s chicken enchiladas had what tasted like spaghetti sauce and not the spicy sauce they had listed on the menu. Needless to say it went to waste. At least they re-made my Daughter’s unedible burger. That’s the only good thing I can say.

Bring your snowsuit, because icicles will be coming from your nose. Way too cold inside, even after asking nicely to turn the air up. Our server was extremely slow and kept forgetting things, and I could understand it if she had more than the 3 tables she had, us included, but she didn’t. The food was decent flavor wise, however the steak that was ordered medium, came out still mooing…no point in sending it back to be cooked longer, when it would take 25 more minutes to get it back because of the slow service. Our baked potato never even melted the butter on top.

On Mother’s Day, we visited after lunch. The wait was about 30 minutes. We were seated but it took over 30 minutes to place our order. It took more than 30 minutes to be served. Some customers had the same experience. One table asked for their order to be taken out as they waited a long time for service. My husband’s meal of Hamburger steak was good but had lumpy mashed potatoes. My steak was dry and hard to chew. The rice was undercooked. The other two that were with us didn’t enjoy their meal but took their meals to go. We were dissatisfied with the service and cooked meals.

I stopped in here expecting a decent experience for lunch on a Thursday. The inside was hot (no, the AC was not broken) the service seemed okay until while serving my chicken fried steak the waitress dumped the steak off my plate onto the table in front of me. This was an honest mistake. She then looked at me expecting me to fix the problem, asked if I needed another fork, didn’t offer to remake it.
