So bummed… we left our leftovers on the table accidentally… 2 minutes… and walked right back in. They threw them away!!! “Too bad/so sad.” Box full of steak and steak fajitas, at least 2 meals. Been here a dozen times… How rude to not set them aside. #notcomingback

We had high hopes for this place and it disappointed almost immediately. Our server was very casual, did not seem interested in giving good service. We had to ask for water twice and only got one for two people. The margarita was excellent. Unfortunately the food was subpar, it came out super fast which flagged me to think they just heat it up. *I’m a resturant manager, I know how it works. Halfway through I found a hair in my dinner and was turned off. They offered dessert but I was done. The last red flag for me was when I had to ask to have the dish taken off my check, it should’ve been taken off automatically.

I’ve enjoyed Santa Fe since waaaaay back when, when it was on Crescent. I haven’t been there since Covid began, but it was a nice evening, and I saw they had a nice outdoor seating area earlier this week. They have room for maybe 12 tables outside. Despite nearby construction, they really made it pretty with flowers and potted plants. The large, colorful Frida Kahlo quote adds a lot of flavor to the patio. I came by about 5:15, and it was fairly empty- a few people inside, 2 tables full outside. We were seated right away, it took the waiter 60 seconds to bring our drinks. They have QR codes to scan for the menu, I’m attaching one side of a physical menu in the pictures (the other side was too blurry to read, sorry!) I got the enchaladas Mexicanas with 2 chicken, 1 beef. It was really good! Different from the regular enchaladas (the sauce is dark and not sweet) but excellent. I’ll order again. Payment was done with a portable credit card reader. All staff wore masks. I’m sure I will be back!
