It was our favorite restaurant in town. We have eaten here many times over the years at the old location and been very pleased with the food and service, 5 stars. The new lakefront location is wonderful but the food quality and consistency has suffered tremendously. 2 of the 3 times I have recently eaten there my appetizers were cold and dry but served on a very hot plate?? The main courses were fine but not outstanding. Meats not cooked as ordered. Additionally the higher prices and smaller portions disappoint. Not sure if I want to go again….

I came up here with my girlfriend for a romantic getaway and after a full day of lake fun we wanted to do something special for dinner. We saw Santana & mavericks sign off the road and knew it was the right move! I got the ribeye and she got the chicken Marsala and we both were blown away. The steak was cooked to perfection and the Marsala wine sauce was insane. The outdoor dining patio has an epic lake view and our waiter Noel made sure we had the best experience. We got a bottle of wine that he recommended and were not disappointed!
