So, so good! The burritos are legit. Also, we had them cater an event and the food was wonderful, they were early, and the staff were super nice.

Wow! What a great place to have a quick lunch. I had a huge ganas for a Chili Relleno and Santiago’s was my answer. Had a tostada like Mom would have made too. A Pepsi and I’m golden. Ambiance is rustic but I felt right at home there. Pull on the door handle, you’re home.

I used to love place. Great food, awesome breakfast burritos for cheap. I have now had four breakfast burritos in a row sans meat. I’m not the biggest fan of meatless burritos, but it would be fine if I was told there was no meat in them and I wasn’t charged full price. I will never go back to this location of which I’ve been a regular since 2009.

My husband liked the breakfast burrito I on the other hand felt they could have used more seasonings on the chicken tostada and the taco meat was rather blank, but all in all it was cheap and probably more for college kids. But try it, I’m from Texas and like things spicy. Give them a shot..

I used to go to this location 2-3 times per week for many years. Always for breakfast burritos. Would even order extra for the office! Was always satisfied – good flavor and sizable portions. With a job change outside of Boulder, I stopped going. But I have been back a couple of times recently, and I must say that the food is still delicious, but the portions are smaller and worst of all, customer service is poor. Today marks the last time I will go to this location. Sorry Manuel…

I had the carnita burrito smothered in Chile and oh. my. gosh. Really authentic and flavorful. I got to choose from mild, medium or hot. I chose medium and damn it was perfect. I like Tabasco for a reference of what medium might mean to you. I will definitely be going back. The price is well worth it too! Only 4.25$ although I read a sign that there will be a price increase. I Certainly recommend this place for good authentic Mexican! The only thing to be aware of is that there are no seats to sit down and eat at, just order and go.

Dude I was so stoked for a breakfast burrito after reading reviews. Not good. Hardly any meat, eggs tasted tough and old. The tortilla was soggy (my order was ready in 20 seconds so the pre-make them) There are better places by a wide margin.

This place is great for a quick take-out burrito, and they open early (6AM). For whatever reason, these burritos aren’t quite what they are at the other Santiago’s locations, but close. FYI – they don’t take AMEX at any of their locations, and service at this one is a bit slower, but overall they do a decent job. I’m always glad there’s a Santiago’s in Boulder.

Other locations are a lot better. My take is they cater to the students and can get away with less on a plate or a burrito. Specifically the breakfast burrito. It’s quite evident if you visit the other locations. Food is good imo they just skimp on portions.

I’ve been to many Santiago’s for their green chili and I got to say, this location is the worst I’ve ever been to. I waited 25 min for a BREAKFAST BURRITO!!! The guy could care less if there was 1 or 20 people waiting on him. To give them the benefit of the doubt, I went on a Monday and a Friday with pretty much zero customer service. Bottom line is, don’t go unless you have time to spare. ‘m never heading back to this location again.
