Another one of Bisbee’s most popular Mexican restaurants since 2006 brought to you by the Page Brothers who also own and operate Bisbee’s Table. Built in 1901 and renovated in 1999. Santiago’s serves an eclectic mix of dishes from all of Mexico using local ingredients. Great hangout space with new outdoor seating, a full agave spirits bar, TV, and a quaint boutique hotel just above the restaurant.

OMG! This place! I think I just found my new favorite Mexican restaurant in the entire world! Seriously! The braised short rib taco dish was INSANE!!! Even the beans and rice were flavored in the most delightful way. The atmosphere is clean and friendly and just made our Bisbee experience a huge highlight of our trip! Bravo!

This restaurant is open for dine-in service, though you need to get here at the right time to avoid waiting. My wife had the green tamales, while I had the chimichanga. The food was great. For those of you that like mild salsa, you might want to ease into eating their chips and salsa. My wife thought the salsa was on the hot side, while I thought it was a notch above mild.

Top 2 on my list of favorite Mexican restaurants. The famous braised beef tacos lived up to the name. In a party on 9, fine got something different and everything was top notch. The highlight was easily the molcajete (sp?). It came out bubbling and delicious. The wait staff was super cool and attentive as well which really rounded out an all around excellent dining experience. Highly recommended!

Very nice atmosphere, polite personnel, fast service. I had the chicken fajitas and my friend had the chicken mole. Both taste pretty good. Warning! If you don’t like different spicies avoid the mole, it’s the brown sauce on the second photo.

Yum! Truly amazing mexican fare. Well worth the price and ambiance, along with the great service and wait staff to accompany your meal. We traveled to Bisbee from Phoenix to get away, and away we went with a perfect meal and margarita perfection. Stop in for a bite, you won’t be disappointed.
