When they first started I found there food to be delicious. The thing is they kept changing the way they made there food it’s not consistent. I went recently and ordered stake tacos and a stake torta for my taste buds the meat had no flavor and the beans on the torta also did not have flavor the salsa was spicy but no flavor. They have handmade tortillas those are really good. Also the food was greasy it stain your fingers.

Let me tell you, you can’t go wrong with Santiago’s Taqueria! Homemade Tortillas and very authentic. I always get the 3 tacos w/ rice and beans. I am not new to the community in Dalton and I’ve been to many many taquerias around this area and this is by far hands down the best and I will continue to give them my money ha. Very friendly staff!

Updated review: So after many times of eating here over the last year.. I will say this is probably the most underrated Mexican food in Dalton. I have tried serval items on the menu and ever single one has been great! If you want a large serving of great, authentic food — Santiago’s Taqueria is the place.

Went to have lunch here today. I was very excited from the reviews Ive read on here . I Was honestly disappointed by the food. I ordered the carne asada burrito .My burrito was cold the cheese wasn’t melted at all and it tasted like store bought taco seasoning . I lived in California I grew up eating authentic burritos and this compared to cold taco bell .

We so love this place. Most of our friends agree it’s the best most authentic Mexican Tacos around! Amazing food and really nice people. The Carne Asada tacos are off the hook….. ask for supreme is you want the total works! The Carne Asada burrito is as big as a new born baby….. you gotta try this place!
