Long time customer. Ordered food online but chose the wrong location. Staff was very kind to fix the issue at the location I thought I chose…there are 2 establishments off Chain Bridge Rd in VA! Food is always tasty and ready when I arrive for pickup. My go to sandwich is the chicken philly (has a bit of a kick with me jalapeño peppers).

I decided to try this place out for the first time since I was very hungry and delis usually give you fair portions. The food was tasty, but this was a $9 order of fish and chips, and I got less than a handful of fries and two pieces of fish. Three pieces would have been fair for the price with even a few more fries, but definitely not two. I will give another location a second chance, and maybe get something else on the menu.

Super friendly staff. This will be our goto lunch time stop on our next trip up to DC from VA. I usually have ruben sandwithches with sourcrout, but I had it with Coleslaw instead, and it was great.

Delicious! I will have to try again. Fresh ingredients loaded into my calzone. The dough was soft and chewy with that little crunch on the outside. I didn’t even make it to the pepperoni rolls the calzone was so loaded with meat all the way to the end. Inexpensive too, less than$20 for a 10″ calzone, the four pepperoni rolls and two 20oz drinks

Man I wish I could rate this higher since I work nearby and love a good deli. Stagedoor in NYC is my favorite (and a high bar). However, it’s a mediocre experience across the board here. Something seems to be burning each time I walk in. The last visit my fries had a burnt hint so maybe that day it was the fryer oil. The checkout person hasn’t been friendly, not even looking at me during the checkout process. Then the multiple large tips jars and request for tips with a credit card counter checkout seemed ironic. I get it, I might be in minority here but didn’t grow up paying a tip for for these types of transactions, although I would when there is at least a smile when taking my payment. The restroom was out of hand soap, yuck. What are employees doing?

Order process is ridiculous. We ordered, moved down to the register and paid and sat down to wait only to discover 30 minutes later the guy never did anything with our order. He tried to bring us food we didn’t order after that and then tried to say we’d have to wait a long time because the pizza guy was busy. We asked for a refund and the guy didn’t even have the decency to apologize.
