Tonight I received some of the best customer service I’ve ever received from any establishment I’ve ever been to or ate at. I myself work within the restaurant industry and so I understand the importance of great customer service. I recently had some very extensive surgery and has left me pretty down and somewhat disabled for the time being. I have finally gotten my appetite back and I’m staying at my sisters so I researched a pizza place near me I’ve never ate at and decided to try their pizza. I ordered pizza and diet mt dew off of their website. When pizza was delivered actually quicker than estimated the delivery driver was amazing! He accidentally brought the wrong 2 liter in which I understand the craziness of food service sometimes he offered to bring me a new one. When they didn’t have what I ordered originally he went out of his way to get me what I wanted in which fulfilled my craving since I haven’t had real food or pop really in almost 3 weeks! This made my whole night!! And on top of that he noticed my trash on the porch and offered to take it to the dumpster for me! His acts of pure kindness and him going out of his way to help a complete stranger was going above his job title and I truly appreciate it and it’s a great reflection of the company and how they would like for their staff to treat their guests! I just wanted to say thank you pizza delivery man for making my night! Also pizza was delicious!!

Yesterday was my first experience getting a delivery, and even though I was informed that it would take 45 minutes, I received my order in less than 25 minutes. The service was exceptional, with both the person who took my order and the delivery person being professional and friendly. The pizza was simply fantastic, and what’s more, it was still hot and delicious, surpassing the quality of pizza I have had from other places. I enjoyed the pizza so much that I visited the restaurant again today for lunch as I couldn’t resist having more

Wow!!! The food here is soooo good!! We had a stuffed crust with several toppings, potato skins and the new dill pickle ranch. Fantastic!! The staff was beyond friendly and suggested menu items for us to try. We love 45 mins away and we will definitely be back regularly.

Order a pizza with banana peppers. Got the pizza peppers wasn’t on it. Call to ask if they will make it right just hung up. Order garlic cheese bread it was cold as the pizza. Don’t order from Santos pizzeria it’s a rip off.

OH BABY!!! This was my first time here and i am absolutely mind blown!!! the decorations outside is what made me stop in!! the customer service from jaiden was amazing and the pizza she made me was even better!! I will definitely be back again for the decorations and pizza!!!
