I wish I could give this place a 4.5 star. The reason I am giving a 4.5 star is because though the presentation of the food is great the taste is missing something. I wish I knew what it was. However, the menu is interesting! Seasonal cocktails usually really tasty. The atmosphere is perfect for all ages. Families, couples, and friends! Service was great my server was up front when they were almost out of the drink I ordered and kept me in the loop! My friend ended up not liking the salmon dish (he has texture issues) and she was quick to respond and get him something else that he lvoed and management was right on the issue!

Very disappointing food taste, after all the hype I saw on Facebook about this new restaurant in west chester. My girlfriend and I stop in on Friday night to try out this new restaurant. We decided to pick 4 appetizers and share them between us. Out of the 4 we order the shrimp lejon was the best. The chicken parmesan eggrolls where like getting from diner in NJ. It really didn’t taste like chicken parmesan. Had no Italian seasoning or salt on it. Presentation wasn’t that great. The red sauce on the bottom was dry and burned. The baby spinach and crab dip remind me something you buy at the store and put put it out of the freezer and put it in the oven. It was running and it didn’t really have a flavor at all!!! I was very disappointed. They took it off the bill for us, since we didn’t eat it at all. The last one was gnocchi with crab and cheese. it was covered in breadcrumbs, and it was very cheesy but I couldn’t taste the crab or the gnocchi. The best was the strong alcohol drinks. I won’t be going back I’m thankful I didn’t get an entree because the appetizers had no taste, and it was very disappointing.

I feel my overall rating is 3.5. It was my birthday and we decided to do takeout and enjoy the meal at home with my family. So I can’t comment on the atmosphere. The server repeated everything on the phone, esp about no shrimp and warning on cross contamination for my sister-in-law. The time for pick up was not long. My dad ran in to get it and when he asked for a senior citizen discount, they did give him some. Came home and checked out the meals. My sister-in-law ordered: Blackened Ahi Tuna and I believe she said the description said jumbo lump crab. Usually jumbo is used to describe shrimp, hence her concern there may be some in there. But she did expect there to be crab but to her disappointment, there was not any. I had the Sambuca Salmon…of coarse I forgot to take a pic of my meal and it was yummy. No bread or salad came with the meal and I don’t know if that is offered when dining in the restaurant. The prices ranged from $20 to $32. We enjoyed our food but did have one disappointed customer.

I visited Santino’s in West Chester; the food and service were excellent! I had The Siggi pizza and the chicken Milanese salad and can’t wait to go back! Beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly service. It was perfect for the whole family. My kids loved the upside-down pizza!

Went with wedding party of 20 today. The waitress asked if anyone wanted appetizers & didn’t give us any time to answer & said ok & walked off, had to call her back to order one. She wrote my order & the brides order o back of her orders & forgot to hand in order. We got our meal 3o minutes after everyone else was finished. The chicken Marsala was horrible, it wasn’t hot, it was tasteless & mushrooms overcooked. I sent mine back. Brought pitcher of water in the smallest pitcher we’ve ever seen with no ice for 20 people. When we we went to take care of bill with 2 different credit cards, waitress stated their system is not equipped to handle such a transaction. Children would not eat the burgers & when adults tried them they said no wonder. It seemed short staffed for the 3 tables she had. She was also the bartender. It was the biggest letdown & I wouldn’t waste my time visiting the establishment again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. So very disappointing. I can only hope waitress was not tipped well. Not sure if we paid for my rotten meal. She asked if I wanted to get anything else,everyone else was done eating, the audacity of it all.

Went with friends for drinks after work. Had the cheesesteak egg rolls and shrimp lejon. Both were incredible. The service was quick but didn’t feel like they were rushing us out. Went back the following week for dinner and had the halibut which was amazing. Two completely different dining experiences but both were great.

The food is excellent. I have yet to have a bad meal. The chicken DeMarco, amazing. Can’t go wrong with cheesesteak eggrolls, but the crab cake eggrolls were out of this world. Fresh pasta is always a win with me.

Had an excellent dinner with my hubby. We started off with the shrimp lejon which was amazing. I got the Chicken Milanese Salad which I raved about. And my husband loved the mahi tacos. Mike the manager made us feel so welcomed and made sure we got the best service we could! Great Spot and great Atmosphere

I’ve ordered from Santino’s twice since moving here a few weeks ago and haven’t been disappointed yet! The pizza is amazing, the cheesesteak fries exceeded expectations by far, and the bruschetta was perfect. I can’t wait to try more items on the menu!
