This has to be the worst, most chaotic restaurant I have ever been to. They have no way to get to the patio other than walking out the restaurant and into the parking lot. Said parking lot is down right dangerous and unmanageable.

This place is a one of a kind! The service is expectational! Margaritas are the best in Charleston by far. They always tastes the same! After a day on the beach the food hits the spot!

The inside of Santi’s is why you go. It is so cool with the different lighting options, decor, and overall feel that it makes you feel good to be in there. The outside however, needs some TLC to make it as fun as the inside. The food was average to me, but maybe some folks love it. The place was packed, so I’d say they are doing something right. Overall, worth a visit while in Charleston.

I have never had such bad service at a Mexican restaurant in my life. The server stared at us from across the restaurant and we were clearly ready to order but he purposefully just stood there and stared at us. I don’t know what we did wrong we were very polite and ordered our drinks but after that he just stood there. And then when we signaled him to come over he sent another server to our table,As if he knew he was in the wrong. We are on our anniversary trip and we’re in a wonderful mood but now we’re not so happy. Everything was subpar including the parking so if I were you just pick anywhere else.

We sat on the patio and there was a swarm of flies but our drinks came out quickly and so did the food. The margaritas were affordable and tasty but unfortunately that was all the good news. The food was not ideal, the beans smelled very off putting and the taste was quite gross… the rice was dry and I would almost say hard. The chicken tacos were decent but didn’t have a ton in them just chicken and lettuce and a ton of sour cream. There is better Mexican in Charleston but the good news is this place is cheap but unfortunately we got what we paid for!

Parking was difficult; especially with the adjacent volleyball court, and the restaurant was very loud.

If you are ready to dance in your seat to some Pitbull while eating some great seafood then this is your place. The food here is outstanding. Some of the best margs! Service was great too! The atmosphere was fun and lively! Lots of parking which can always be the challenge in CHS!

Santi’s is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Charleston! The food is fresh, delicious and always consistent! The servers are like family! Bonus that they have 2 great bartenders as well! Favorite dishes: Soup Azteca, Mexican tacos, American tacos, the Mexican beef stew, tamales, wet burrito, guacamole, and most importantly the spicy margarita! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Service was terrible. Food was terrible. The steak was chewy and disgusting. No one even checked on us after our food was brought. We didn’t even receive all our food. We asked for more chips and never received those either. It was not busy at all. Now I see why no one was there!! Never again! Silverware was dirty too.

First time here. Food was really not that good. Rice was really undercooked (it was hard). Nothing tasted authentic or it had very little flavor. Service was super slow even though it wasn’t busy. Definitely will not be going back.
