I actually enjoyed their pizza (at first,) then we ordered one night and it’s been an ongoing nightmare with them since. When we ordered the other night, the pizza took an hour and a half to get to us. It was EXTREMELY overcooked, almost to the point of cremation. It was black and tasted like cardboard. I called them and they only offered me a $10 credit towards my next order. I told them that this wasn’t satisfactory, so they offered to bring out freshly cooked pizzas. I said that was fine, so long as they cooked them properly this time.

I did go 3 times before leaving this review. All 3 times my burger was INSANELY wrong. The first time, a totally different one that I ordered and the other two, missing half the stuff. Today, I was brought out the missing stuff and basically assembled my own burger. If I wanted to make my own burger, I wouldnt have come there. Don’t bother. It’s just irritating.

Was very disappointed from beginning to end. I called to order and the girl who answered was not overly friendly and had a tone about her like she was annoyed. Had a bad vibe then but continued to order. I ordered a heart shaped pizza for my family (valentine’s day) for pick up. When it got home, we opened the box, expecting a heart shaped pizza that we saw on the website. It was disappointing to say the least. It looked like a regular large pizza with a dent on one side. Even my 7 yr old said “it looks like they just pushed in the top.” We were all bummed and were topped off with the lack of flavor and bland taste of the pizza. It was not worth the $20.

The food was okay. It may have the Santora’s name and sauce but the pizza was not great. Definitely not the Santora’s pizza I remember as a child from the location that used to be on Delaware St in North Tonawanda. The wings were more enjoyable but not great either. Just OK. No reason for the negative reviews below, but it wasn’t spectacular. The staff was very friendly when visiting. There was nobody in the restaurant at lunch time which was probably why.

I ordered a 1/2 Turkey sub from this place on my lunch break. This was the most terrible Sub, I have ever eaten in my entire life. There was LITERALLY, 2 tiny pieces of Turkey slapped on with chunks of Lettuce, and there was NO oil on it. I asked for it and it was so dry and not FRESH at all. I will NEVER give my business to this place EVER again.

My boyfriend brought home a cheese and pepperoni pizza tonight from here. He was very excited because he loves the Santoras on Transit and Clinton. This pizza was bad. Dough tasted like frozen pizza. Very bland. Totally ruined the whole pizza.
