I got this place recommended by multiple people so I thought I would give it a try, as soon as I walked through the door I could tell that hygiene and sanitation isn’t their top priority everything looks dirty, plastic hanging loose from their menu, dirty cluttered register counter etc etc..

got a large pepperoni pizza, small cheese pizza and the grilled chicken Caesar wrap. Don’t know what the pepperoni looked or tasted like as it was for somebody else. cheese was good but I contemplated three stars due to the small size of the wrap. The Caesar dressing had a little too much spice for me I don’t know if it might have been too much pepper.

Totally disappointed with our last take out order. All previous times, everything was great. We’ve ordered from this place many times in the past. We ordered a cheese pizza, Chicken tenders, fries, garlic parm chicken tenders and a Calzone. Total order was almost $80. The only 2 thing that were o.k. was the calzone and pizza. The reg. chicken tenders were flat and soggy. Almost like someone cooked them in a microwave. In the past they were crispy and definitely not flats. They were delicious and one of our go to place for chicken tenders. The fries were undercooked and mushy. Now the garlic parm chicken tenders….. It’s like someone soaked them in oil. They were drenched. The taste was gross. I can’t even describe. We ended up throwing out the chicken tenders, fries and garlic parm chicken tenders. Nobody in the family was going to eat them so why waste space in the fridge? So aggravated because for the money we spent, we just had a pizza and calzone. Not sure if it was a different cook. But the food did not taste like the Santoros we had in the past.

I went there to get small pizza and spaghetti with meat balls I waited almost hour for the food . I was getting to leave . It shouldn’t take a hour for small pizza and spaghetti with meat balls . I will not be going there anytime soon

No complaints about the food. I usually order a small cheese pizza and maybe a diet coke and it’s pretty good. My only issue is that the delivery wait times vary. I could wait 30 minutes and it would get here. Sometimes an hour and a half. Then there was the time I waited 3 hours and had to call and ask where it was. Only other thing was last time I ordered I gave the money and they said it was like $16 something. I gave them a $20 and didn’t get change. I was just taken aback but a little under $4 isn’t a huge difference. I still order from there because as long as I get food, I’m happy. As a matter of fact I’m gonna go order myself something right now.
