Ordered a large Italian sub with pickles and hots on half. I did not say I ONLY wanted those things therefore expected to have the basics… lettuce tomato etc. that comes on an Italian. Could have gotten a better sub from subway. Also when I called he argued with me saying an Italian doesn’t come with lettuce or tomato. Okay guys, thanks for making this my last trip to Santoros.

We love Santoros, it’s our go to pizza place. The staff is hard working and friendly. Any time I’ve had an issue, the staff has corrected or tried to correct it… but in 13 years of coming here – I’ve only had 1 issue.

This is the second time I have gotten food from here. The first time I ordered a chicken parm and got chicken on a sub roll with no sauce or anything. This time I ordered a chicken parm and got dry chicken with minimal amount of sauce and cheese stick to the bread. Would not recommend.

Love the garlic parmesan chicken tenders dinner plate with seasoned curly fries! Crispy tenders generously coated in that irresistible sauce ❤️ Comes with a salad too! 4 stars because my chicken parm sub has been messed up a few times? I’ve asked for extra sauce in my sub and twice or thrice it’s come back dry and lacking. Love their salads too! Huge portions. Baklava is okay.

The food is ok, BUT, the service on the phone when ordering and at the counter… so unbelievably rude. She acts like you are bothering her. We have spent a lot of money getting lunch from here for our staff. Not anymore.

Horrible! Subs are poorly made. I’ve had to many poorly made subs there and I won’t be going back. This time I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with mayo and cheese. Chicken was burnt and extremely dry. Just a tiny slab of Mayo and no cheese like I ordered and PAID for. I won’t be ordering from them anymore.
