I ordered small meatball and onion rings. The sub roll is soggy. There were only two meatballs on this small sub.

The food here is excellent! I got a chicken kabob sub and it had almost to much chicken. Great prices also, the subs are about $2-$3 cheaper than anywhere else in the area. Awesome selection of desserts too. Grab a menu while you’re there, there are some coupons in menu that are amazing. Just talking about this place makes me hungry.

This restaurant Santoro’s does a really good job. The delivery service is amazing and fast. The food is definitely at least a four and a half star, not just a four yelp. I gave it a five if you haven’t had it before give it a try.

GTFO – the most delicious pizza I’ve had in 3-4 years!! For real. Been to NY, LA, BSBG, RIO, Zurich, Hamburg, and Jaco in that time and this is #1 FRFR.

First time last week was 5 stars but today’s order 1 star. Ordered a turkey sub and it was all soggy. The exact opposite of the last time it was fresh and one of the best I’d had in a while. Time of day could be a factor it’s like they make all their subs for the day early then that’s it??

The name is Italian, but it’s definitely not Italian style pizza, more New England style (also called Greek, “house of pizza” style)– thick oiled crust etc. I got a small supreme and it was a bit undercooked in the center– but I don’t mind it a bit doughy and it was tasty. If you’re looking for a foldable crust look elsewhere.

This is one of the best places in Lowell, and they’re open on the late night. Doesn’t matter the time you go, whether it’s early or an hour before closing the food is never lacking!!!

Last time I ordered a Greek salad, it showed up with no feta and no olives and the lettuce was wilted. Second time I ordered I got a horrible meatball sub. It was all sauce. Sub fell immediately apart and the meatballs tasted like they were out of a bag. And who wants meatballs that were halved? This place used to be bomb back in the day. It has gone straight down hill as far as quality is concerned.

Very unhappy with the food. This is an Italian restaurant? How do you mess up pasta? My shrimp and broccoli ziti was disgusting. The sauce was extremely thick and bitter. No seasoning. It was so bad I had to throw the rest away. I paid for extra garlic bread, didn’t get it. Paid for blue cheese for my buffalo chicken Rangoons (which tasted like nothing by the way); didn’t get it. Asked for wingdings, all flats, was given a bunch of huge drumsticks. Almost $100 down the drain. The only thing they got right was the French fries but how simple….they seemed to have completely ignored everything requested online. First and last time ordering from here, wish I could get my money back.

NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN. Had good food here before but this time was just disappointing. Ordered a marguerita pizza that did not come with any cheese and the sauce was spread so thin it just colored the pizza because it was dry af.
