Tortas were alright, pretty good. The toppings were fresh and good selection, bread nice and toasted, meat could have used a bit more seasoning. Would have gave it 5 stars if there was a salsa bar and more sauces to really elevate the torta. It’s family owned and part of the “tortuga” chain. Really nice decor and Mexican themed restaurant.

Great food! Toasting both sides of the torta bread is a bit different from what I’ve had at La Tortuga, but still really tasty! Beautifully decorated dining area. I love the black and white pictures on the wall. Clean and friendly and the tortillas are amazing.

My first experience here was a great one – I had the Super Cubana, which had a ton of ingredients on it. Their in-house made bread and potato chips were great. It was definitely pricey, however there are absolutely two meals worth of sandwich there. The line was out the door but my meal was made and out to me super fast. They serve Coke products, and also offer the Las Tortugas menu if you have a favorite sandwich from those locations. Very nice staff, very clean interior, and I’ll be coming back soon. Give this place a try, their menu is unique so they’ll have a regular spot on my rotation. Thanks for a great meal and experience!

Updated Review: I went to Santortas yesterday and got their Pork Leg Sandwich and it was divine!!!! The meat was so tender, could have used a bit more seasoning added once it was shredded but the pork flavor really did shine. It had Avocado, tomato and onion to give it some nice fat, acid and crunch but the headliner was the gooey cheese and chipotle sauce that was added. Gave it a real nice heat and sauce was all over my face. Super delicious. Mexican Coke on the side, can’t beat it. I only gave it 4 out of 5 because I did get the Flan on the side which was almost $5, and while it was a really big piece, it was a bit grainy and dry. Not as smooth or saucy as I know it to be and love. Overall, great experience with the sandwich though. I can’t wait to go back and try more!

Happened to discover this restaurant while driving down Parker Rd looking for lunch. Portions are huge and sandwiches are so delicious. They definitely don’t skimp on the filling. Friendly and helpful staff are an added bonus. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a bite to eat!
