Cannot go wrong here. The upstairs deck is the place to be on a breezy summer evening with mucus maid and friends. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. I crave the pizzas here every time we are down the shore.

Lots of gimmicks here. You got the square pizza and the sauce on top. Unfortunately the pizza itself is unexceptional. We went there on a Friday night at 8:30. There was a DJ playing 70’s disco with the bass turned up to 11. I asked what kind of slices they had. They said plain and white pizza. I ordered the plain. They said it would be 15 minutes. Most places take way less time to make a pie from scratch. I assumed since plain was one of my choices it was already made. After 15 minutes still no slice. The hostess went to check and finally came back with a slice after another 5 minutes. Small square piece with sauce on half of it only. It worth the wait.

After enjoying Santucci’s while they were on the Ocean City Boardwalk, my father and I decided to take a trip to Ventnor to get a pizza. After entering, the hostess was on her phone and simply told us to seat ourselves. After sitting at a table, there was no server to be found. After 10 minutes we asked a waitress for menus or someone to take our drink orders, and were given menus that she just took off of another table. We waited another 20 minutes before having to ask a different waitress about how to get our orders taken. She very quickly dismissed us and went to find a waitress. It was another 5 minutes before a waitress who we had seen taking care of multiple other tables came and took our drink and food orders. It took 5 more minutes to get two sodas and then another 15 after that for the pizza. We did not see her again until we were finished eating. We received our check quickly and when we paid and signed the check she came and looked at the ticket to see what the tip was! Very disrespectful and an unnecessary move by a waitress who didn’t even know we were there. We will not be rushing back to say the least.

Good food, terrible service. The bad service seemed to be more of a poor management issue. The servers appeared to be stretched too thin and were overwhelmed with lack of help for the quantity of tables. One of our appetizers and main courses came out from the kitchen at the same time. Our salad and french fries arrived at the end of our meal as we were getting our check. For some reason the restaurant didn’t have silverware, we were given plastic. Skip a sit down meal here and get take out.

This restaurant has the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life and I’m 40 years old. Didn’t get menus for 35 minutes. Didn’t get to order until we tracked someone down 44 min later. Drinks took 25 min and came all wrong, not what we ordered. Never received waters at all despite being asked. We were told they had drinks for my 4 year old. Nope. Only had what they use for alcoholic drink mixers. Nothing at all for children except for the crane machine. No kids menu. No milk or juice. Food was sub par. “The works” was like 2 vegetables, peppers and mushrooms. Pizzas came 30 min before the rest of the meals, which were only simple pastas and a side of spinach. Horrible. Will never return to this location.

Kimi and Russ (Mitch!!!) were the best bartenders. Great conversation, delicious food, fire cocktails. Highly recommend the upstairs bar – there was live music during the day. Food was delicious, owner was super accommodating and nice.

Haven’t had the chance to try the signature square pizza but the meatballs are terrific and so are the salads ! Santucci’s staff is very accommodating and the whole place has a good vibe. Definitely recommend for drinks, a casual meal or a quick bite!
