NEVER AGAIN. For a $40 All You Can Eat price, you’d expect this place to at least have a decent bathroom (see pictures). Not only did they “bait and switch” me over the phone promising that for 1 adult the price is $23.95, but instead $29.99 when I showed up, but they have the courage to add a 15% service charge on top of that for no reason (ca. $5). With tax, your total comes close to $40. Food wasn’t anything extraordinary and their seafood and kimchi highly questionable. Not only that, but my orders were taken incorrectly and I received things I never ordered in the first place. The reason? On the menu, it states that for any leftover food YOU’LL BE CHARGED an additional $19.99 PER POUND!!! (see attached picture) How crazy ridiculous is this?! Hence, why the extra rice / rice noodles / and other fillers kept randomly appearing on my table. VERY SHADY way of doing business, if you ask me. If a customer is forced to read all the fine print and ends up paying significantly more than expected, something weird is going on. Like I said at the beginning, NEVER AGAIN.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. IF YOU ARE LATINO please don’t go to this place. The waitress was so RUDE and RACIST towards ME and MY FAMILY. it didn’t matter how nice I tried to be with her she kept giving me bad attitude. We ended up getting charged extra just like other people in the comments. BAD FOOD, WAY TOO SALTY, BAD SERVICE. I wish I’ve never gone to this place. STAY AWAY.

Stay away! There are more AYCE kbbq spots out there with the same price. Even though it says $24.99, we still ended up paying almost $40/person for bad meats, very poor service and nasty venue.

This used to be the spot when we were broke . I was in the area and wanted to enjoy some BBQ with my kids. The prices went up from $10 all you can eat to $25 per person. Ok so a little out of my budget. When I got my bill I almost had a heart attack!!! I don’t even pay this much when I go to GEN Korean bbq and it’s waaaaaay better quality meats and fancier that this POS. I was shocked that it was so empty and I remember we had to wait to be seated because it used to get so packed. Now I get why . Never coming again.

Very tasty Korean BBQ location in Korea Town. It can technically either be cheap, reasonable, or pricey if you get the All-You-Can-Eat since there are 3 different price tiers that correspond with what you are allowed to order. My suggestion is to get the middle tier, as it provides a lot of value for a reasonable price – granted that you are very hungry when you come and can make use of its value! Food is always quick to come out. Only complaint is that the bathroom is very dirty and ultimately pretty gross – there is graffiti on literally everything. It legitimately makes you feel like you’ve left the restaurant and entered the bathroom of some sketchy suburban gas station. But otherwise everything was great and would still come back.

I gave them 4 stars because they have added a surcharge fee to your check regardless if its only you dining, only 2 persons or a group of people dining. When asked if the surcharge could be removed, the request was denied. Surcharge is for the gratuity they say, but I should dictate how much or little I’d like to leave for gratuity, especially if I’m not in a group.
