Tried this place for the first time since it was close to my job , never again ! Upon pick up pizza box was oddly wet on bottom and I ask employee to please give me a new box or replace my order all together. He said the wax paper on the inside of the box won’t get pizza wet . I drive home open the box , and there’s ants crawling on my food . I immediately threw everything out . This is not a sanitary establishment if there’s bugs on my food and giving me a wet box. Not to mention their pizza is drowning of oil , yuck

ordered twice on uber but never get chance to taste the food Lol First order I got wrong delivery and my second order was cancelled by the restaurant. I called the restaurant, they basically blacklist all customers that cancelled order before. I get it when u said people received order and still ask uber to refund and maybe driver just steal the order. But u are punishing good customers for others fault. I believe most of us just wanna a simple good meal and you really ruined my day. As you said if this really happens a lot then just quit Uber eats pls

Long time customer of Sapore, order from them once every week or two. I will say the food is delicious, but the restaurant owner just called me and started yelling at me because I received the wrong product a few months ago and Uber Eats decided to give me a refund. I’ve ordered 5 or 6 times since this, but for some reason he decided to call me today and yell at me saying that he lost money on that order and will be taking pictures this time. I don’t exactly understand why he decided to call me, but he was extremely rude and insisted that he might have to close his doors because of “people like me”.

Zero star. Guy got my order wrong on Uber eats and was a duck to me as if I want free food or something. First off wrong sauce on the ravioli, second off raw chicken. Like dude everything is wrong. Period. And the only thing right was the side pasta which tastes gross honestly. I promise this is zero star.

I ordered my meal tonight and I am very irritated and angry because now the restaurant is closed. I, now have to figure out something else to eat because they got my order completely wrong. I ordered spaghetti bolognese and they gave me some orange soup. The garlic bread was soggy and wet. How hard is it to read and get an order correct? Clearly they are careless and do not care about the customers. It was my first time ordering here and I will never order from here again.

Food was alright but I ordered online at 5:20 for a 6:30 delivery and they didn’t get me the food until 8 pm… didn’t follow the special instructions at all either.. idk either way I probably won’t be ordering from here again

Bad business, what we ordered we didn’t get, we ended up getting something else, their order details are different than the original pictures of the items, that’s deceiving. Look at the both pictures, the picture on their website shows what the pizza looks like but when we got the pizza delivered it was totally different. On their website it shows the vegetables cooked on the pizza but we got the pizza delivered with uncooked salad on the top. When we called to complain the guy put us on hold for 5 minutes and never came back. We called again to complain and the guy at the store called us a cheap customer. We spent total $50 on our dinner order and you call that cheap ?!?!? Will never go there again and make sure we will let all our friends know how crazy and unprofessional this place is !!

I keep trying here but three strikes now. Read previous reviews from others below. Each time the meal/pizza has not hot or incorrect. Tonight I ordered a grandpa pie, got all the way home, they made the wrong pie. I called & employee lied even tho I have the irder on my phone- there may be a communication breakdown here. Overall very poor service, never on time, rarely accurate orders and poor quality. The mgmt replies below trying “to make it right” aren’t working. Your staff is screwing up your business – look elsewhere people.
