Food was absolutely delicious… made with fresh pasta and ingredients. There lobster ravioli as an appetizer was simply incredible. Don (our server) was amazing, friendly and very knowledge about the menu. We can’t wait to go back on our next trip to Harrah’s in South Lake Tahoe.

Im totally disappointed! We’ve been here before and really enjoyed the food and experience. However, this time was a disaster. Waitress told us we could order a child’s plate so we ordered fettuccine with some shrimp. Food was enjoyable. We asked for the dessert menu. but the waitress said she could recite it, so we allowed her to do so. We ordered gelato and cake. The gelato was brought to us by the manager, I’ll have to assume, but I guess he didn’t notice that it was melted, as I’m sure it had been sitting on the counter, which is why he brought it to us. We didn’t want to cause an issue about it., so we said nothing. At the end, I asked for our check and got a whopping surprise! We were charged $10 for the child’s pasta but an additional $18 for the added shrimp. This exceeded a full order in price! Why I asked? The waitress said it’s because it’s a full order she said. We didn’t ask for a full order; all we asked was to just to include some shrimp in my grandson’s fettuccine. Also, for the melted gelato, we were charged $12 each for two servings of melted gelato. What a rip! Was this why Kayla didn’t want to show us the dessert menu? Personally I’m beginning to think this is a way to increase her tip level. I’ve told people what a great place this was to have dinner, but I will also be telling them about the additional $18 charge for shrimp and $12 charge per serving for melted ice cream! I wonder if she received a bonus for selling dessert!

This place was the ultimate wrost food that I’ve ever eaten at. Bill Harrah would have rolling in his grave.the serves was good but the food was ? After dinner..all I could stomach was the salad “ceasers” which was from a cheap bottle. Soon afterwards everybody had stomach cramps and diarrhea . In my day the chef would be proud making a dinner something special showing off his skill and making a dinner a holiday. Avoid this place if I was you

View was absolutely gorgeous. The service and food sucked! Waiter Brandon knew he was already getting 18% gratuity, and he was so rude, waving around the check after dinner, didn’t even offer up dessert.
