The young man who served us told us that his mom cooked everything and was quite informative about the dishes. We really loved everything. The fried cauliflower was “different” to what we expected, not battered or anything but nonetheless tasty. Portions were huge. The homemade dessert for two was incredible and not too much. The rest we ended up Taking home.

Absolutely phenomenal. The food is on par. EVERYTHING I tried was flavorful and fresh. My new favorite restaurant. Definitely the best Mediterranean restaurant in New Mexico. The service was great! You must order the appetizer sampler! Even my picky children were blown away. Thank you for honoring the military!

Amazing! Fabulous! Delicious! My husband and I were surprised to find “Mediterranean” food in a town known for aliens and chiles. When we pulled up we almost didn’t go in, but so thankful we did! Best Mediterranean food I have had in the states. It truly tastes just like the food in Beirut! They even have authentic desserts I have never had over here. Our server and her brothers were precious. So polite and concerned that we enjoyed our meal. The dad even came out to get my husbands opinions on the new dish they were serving. I can not say enough nice things! Sara’s is wonderful!

The best hidden gem of Roswell. We have eaten here several times and every time has been amazing. The service is great. The food is so authentic and flavorful. You have to get the grape leaves. They are life-changing. My favorite main course item so far is the oven-baked chicken. It’s not very spicy, but the jalapeño that comes with it more than makes up for it and that. You can’t go wrong with this place!

A delightful restaurant. We stayed one night in Roswell and were so glad we choose Sara’s for dinner. Hubby ordered the Gyro wrap with fries and was very happy with his choice. I got the spicy fish with rice. Warning: it is pretty hot. But the flavor was wonderful and fish cooked just right. My only disappointment is that we won’t get to eat here more often because we live 7 hours away. There were so many dishes I wanted to try. AND our delightful server suggested we try the “impossible cake”. Amazing combination of an impossibly light chocolate sponge with a flan like topping that was pure silk and a touch of sugary/caramel sauce. Thanks Sara’s!

Absolutely DELICIOUS grape leaves and gyros. Mediterranean salad was pretty good, too. Very filling and worth a stop if you want something not too heavy for the hot days.

I got the chicken kabob, and it was delicious! I enjoyed the rice a lot too. The grilled jalapeno added a nice little kick to it all. Lastly, I got to enjoy maamoul cookies for the first time. Thanks to the kind gentleman who told me what they are. The service here is is excellent all the way around, friendly staff. I will be sure to stop by on my next visit to Roswell!
