Fantastic food the smell is intoxicating the second you walk in the door. The 2 owners are a delight to speak with and learn how they do what they do with the chef and the kitchen staff that literally are masters of their stations from making bread to cooking the meat over charcoal and creating all the Shawarma and side dishes. Just a pure treat of great food.

Family joint with lots of local fans of the food, which is obvious just dining in and people watching for 15 minutes. Outstanding shawarma – so tender and flavorful. Can’t wait to try their falafel. The restaurant’s atmosphere is clean, classy, and comfortable.

Tiny little restaurant hidden in a small strip mall behind a pizza place. The food is delicious, perfectly cooked and well presented. Excellent service coupled with a reasonable price makes Saray a must-try favorite for the hungry adventurer.

Chicken kabob tasted fantastic. Rice was not hot. Salad was really good portion size. No tap or filter water, must purchase water. Ppl were nice. Not cheap, but not expensive, about $20 for one person.

Don’t Eat Here!!! I have, and actually food wasn’t so bad pretty expensive for the portion size. That’s not the reason I say don’t eat here tho, I live right behind the restaurant so I walk by it a lot! This is from September 11 2021 it was 95 degrees out today! 26%humidity his has been sitting in the heat outside and uncovered behind the restaurant for at least about 2-3 hours. Saw several employees hanging out by this truck talking and joking around no second thought about food spoiling or cross contamination!
