We went to Sardella’s for one of their throwback Thursdays. The place was packed, and everyone was having a great time. The food was excellent, and the service, especially on a busy night, was extraordinary. The drinks if you partake are very good as well. Definitely will be going back after the high season is over.

It was SO HOT that our bachelorette party could barely sit through waiting for our waters. We hadn’t even started our night yet. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The mashed potatoes were incredible. I wasn’t happy that they charged $5 to share a plate though. We didn’t want extra, we just couldn’t eat a full serving due to surgery. They didn’t tell us we would be charged so we noticed when we got the bill. The waiter was wonderful and thorough. I wouldn’t go here again but it was a nice dinner.

This was by far the best place for dinner and drinks. The bartenders know exactly what they are doing. We had a nice gentleman bartending the first night (Sunday) we came in and he did drinks like no other. Then the following evenings we partook over and over. Kati was our bartender and talk about customer service! Kati gets 5 stars alone! She was absolutely wonderful. So nice and sociable, I just can’t say enough good things about Kati, she is an excellent bartender. I give 5 stars for the Espresso Martinis alone. Their chocolate martini is just as fabulous. The coffee is absolutely fabulous! Make sure you get a cup of espresso with your dessert (try the tiramisu).

Great place for Italian cuisine. Prices are reasonable and wait staff extremely friendly and service on a Saturday during WinterFeast was surprisingly quick. Plates are ginormous. Desert was great I had the chocolate decadent cake it was really good. I ordered the pizza it was a personal 12” size nice and light and I believe it was cooked in a hearth or brick oven. It was nice a light a perfect piece of pizza that had great fallir simple ingredients and not over loaded with to many toppings making it soggy. I was pleasantly surprised. Also ask for Jane she really great made us feel at home and comfortable. Had a great evening with my family.

Food was excellent, particularly the Aunt Josephina pizza. Live Jazz created a phenomenal atmosphere. Our waitress was quite friendly but an incorrect order was delivered 30 minutes late and originally we were told we would have to pay for it anyway.

Usually busy because the food is good! We like to sit at the bar. Had a great conversation with a married couple at the bar. Found out he knew my late husband well! I was there with my adult son. Our server, Matt, was wonderful! food was delicious and perfectly flavored! Two of us had the chicken piccata, perfect combination of lemony Caper buttery awesomeness! drinks were delicious, the atmosphere welcoming. We’ve been eating here for over 20 years and we will definitely keep coming back! Thank you thank you guys!

My BF and I visited Newport this weekend. Sardella’s was recommended to us by a friend so we made a reservation for dinner. We were immediately sat at our table which was in a cozy corner near their gorgeous fire places. Thomas served us and did a fantastic job. Everything from the espresso martini to the crème brûlée for dessert was phenomenal. We will definitely be back!
