Found this place through Google Map reviews. It is a very authentic place. Inside there are several tables. There are a varieties of sweets, dishes, fish, and Philippines street food. I got several items and they all tasted yummy.

This is the BEST Filipino restaurant in Chicago area. All of the food here are good and delicious. Nothing compares to this restaurant. It’s probably the best Filipino restaurant in whole IL. If you want authentic and full of flavor this is the right Filipino restaurant for you. They got the best Dinuguan here and halo halo

Poor customer service. I was with my grandmother-in-law and the lady asked if I was her caregiver and if she asked if my grandmother would pay for whatever I would order. It’s a turn off! Chismosa! She should mind her own business. Anyway, I ordered the ff for takeout: pancit (bland and few vegetables) , lechon kawali, caldereta and 3pcs. pork bbq. When i asked if they had vinegar to go with it, the cashier just said NO. We paid 36usd in total. It was my first and last visit to this restaurant. I would not recommend it at all.

If you are concerned for your health and you want to be respected and treated as a valued customer, avoid this place (SARILING ATIN). Because of the owner’s poor attitude and rotten karioka, we will no longer be seeking any business from them. We will continue going to IAN MAE, where we are treated with respect and valued, and the owner of IAN MAE is concerned for our happiness of the product, health, and well-being.

Staffs needs to be train on greeting and serving customers politely. I know it was a long line during the peak lunch time, staff must be patiently ask. I asked for 2 combo fish sinigang and staff commented you will be Serena fish head later!

Nothing special, just tastes like meat cooked in sauce. Not much flavor and they use an insane amount of oil in the sauce.
