If you want food from sarku Japan, go to throggs Neck Shopping Central, then bay Plaza trust me I feel like the food here is like a demo version of what is expected at a regular sarku Japan store rice isn’t even that good and chicken isn’t so tastey let me not get started at the sushi and dumplings. This place is a true fast food place. Especially when I go to pick up an Uber eats order for a customer. I never have to wait. I just show the Uber eats order number and I get the bag with the food within 5 to 10 seconds. Then I’m off to deliver the food to the customer.

Compared to other Sarku Japan locations this one is horrible. I am use to going to the one in by Hustchinson mall which is much better, but this location the quality of the food is very bad. The fried rice tastes like frozen rice heated up. The beef and white rice portion was tiny and they barely put any vegetables in the box. Do disappointed.

Worse food ever now. No Taste at All. Don’t waste your Money. At first I used to buy chicken Teriyaki with Fried Rice. It tastes Good, I eat two plates now even half plates I can’t. Very terrible they need to change it n make it have some taste on both Teriyaki n fried rice.

Just terrible. Long waits, bad service, food seems good at first but everytime I’ve eaten here I’ve gotten terrible stomach aches, bloating, gas, and indigestion. The food is obviously dirty and I would not recommend going here.
