The chefs and cashier were nice and the food was good! The price is fair. We ordered a teriyaki chicken and vegetables with white rice and teriyaki beef and vegetables with fried rice. No complaints on any aspect of the meal. The cooking was fast and the environment was clean. I like that we can see them cooking.

The food is delicious! I always get the chicken teriyaki with white rice and extra sauce. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. The cashier and staff are friendly too; they recognize my family and I each time we come back! This restaurant has 5-star food and 5-star customer service all the way. Best option at the SHV food court!

Giving it a four because what I get never lets me down. The chicken teriyaki with veg and fried rice. Never had dried chicken, the veggies still had a crisp to them and the rice wasn’t bland or mushy/dry. The sauce is good and you can get extra if you want. Sometimes I get there noodles. The menu isn’t that big. I understand it’s in a mall but at least they do this right and they cook it right in front of you.

The cashier insisted we eat here. It was super delicious for the price. Decent serving. Could use a little more sauce, but I was afraid to ask. They do charge for drink refills which shocked me. The food was made fresh in front of me. Pleasantly surprised for mall food on the taste!

It’s a great place to go to for asian cuisine. The chefs make your food professionally quick and tidy, and tastes great. The beef teriyaki is definitely my favorite. One thing I have to say, is that the shrimp tempura was definitely way too oily for my liking.

We tried Teriyaki chicken which was special of the day. The portion had a lot of rice and less chicken. The vegetable rolls were good. The wait time was more than 15 minutes which I wouldn’t expect in a fast food. The communication was a bit of problem when ordering the food the crew weren’t good at English.

This place, hands down, has the worst customer service in the world. From the cashier rushing you to order to the servers who deny you of extra sauce, it’s simply a customer service nightmare. I continue to return with frustration only because the food tastes amazing. I am completely agitated each and every time I leave there from their rude service. Hopefully, we get another restaurant with the same taste of food. I would honestly pay double to not have to deal with the attitudes of the current staff.

You don’t really have a choice but to eat here because if you walk past it the extremely persuasive cashier will just ring you up anyway. If you plan on eating anywhere else then you’d better walk on the other side of the food court. They may or may not have anything besides chicken teriyaki which has been the special since the beginning of time. I’m not sure what would happen if you ordered anything else. Luckily this isn’t a problem because the chicken teriyaki is delicious and they don’t really need to sell anything else. They always give you extra sauce too.

Love the chicken teriyaki but the lady there is so pushy, it honestly makes me want to eat elsewhere. You can’t look at the menu for a minute without her yelling at you and she tries to take orders before the person in front of you moves out of the way.
