Looks like they’re cutting down on the meat. The double meat they call it looks more like single meat to me compared to other locations. Egg rolls looked super small. Wont be eating at this one next time around.

I’ve never been so disappointed with this place. The food was super bland. The sauce they throw over the rice was thick and not the light sweet sauce they used to have. I see they have definitely changed management and all their staff. They must not have sold them their secret sauce recipe. Not satisfied at all.

There was a cockroach crawling all over the counter inches away from where they prepare the food and when I saw it my jaw dropped. I immediately asked for a refund. Gross. The staff was nice enough to give me a refund but like…. really?

Sarku Japan has excellent sushi. If you are new to the world of sushi, consider trying their Chicken Teriyaki Roll, or a single piece of sushi (actual sushi, not a roll) for 99 cents. Though nestled in a mall food court, Sarku Japan sushi bar is unaffected by the general business of the food court. Price range is about $3-6 for a roll or entree. Very fresh delicious sushi that is made in front of you while you wait.

Very poor customer service after charging my card they tell me they are out off crab sushi then change my order with something else with out asking me first then to top it off they give me my order with a missing item so I had to wait another 5 minutes and they did not seem to care one bit .. poor service
