I ordered the beef and noodles. When my order came up the beef was a very small serving with way too much noodles. When i attempted to reject the order, I was convinced to buy a second portion of beef. This second portion was also very small. I would not recommend getting the beef here if you are hungry. The chicken seemed to be a much larger serving. Not Saturday with my order. The beef seems to be of the lowest quality.

I just stabbed the back of my throat with this and almost had a very serious issue. This sharp piece of plastic was in my food and if I didn’t notice I would’ve been needing to go to hospital. Not to mention my dumplings are absolutely cold.. if a kid was eating this they would’ve been hospitalized quickly not noticing.. they use cheap plastic containers that break easily and pieces fall into the food

This place is now DUCKS. & boy oh boy it’s Delicious. Finger licking good. The menu is bomb. I ordered the Buffalo loaded nachos . They are the best nachos I’ve ever eaten. I would definitely recommend.

I always loved to eat here at sarku but yesterday May 19 when I ordered thru Doordash we recieved the food which looked okay it was the only thing everybody in my family ate in dinner, the next day(today) everybody woke up with food poisoning. I hope sarku fix this issue and should inform their employees about food safety

My vegetable eggrolls, mushy on the inside and cold, got mixed vegetables just a bunch of shredded cabbage and carrots for the one or two broccoli and not tasty at all. I have had a decent meal here in the past, but I can tell. Yeah, I won’t go back.

I placed an order 4-6-2022 for pickup at 12:25pm for my lunch break at work. I ordered a chicken teriyaki & chicken & shrimp teriyaki with extra chicken. It was bagged up & stapled together I took my order & when I opened it in the car there was NO shrimp in any of the two bowls that I ordered. This used to be an easy 5 star but the food is sub par now. Chicken Teriyaki is ok, the steamed veggies are mainly cabbage and carrots the broccoli is a few florets and the rest stalk. I never knew a steamed dumpling could be crunchy……. now I do. If you have a Teriyaki Maddness near you …. that would be my suggestion.

I normally work at Citrus Park which also has a Sarku Japan that is amazing and gives excellent quality everyday. But this location is horrible. I got literally next to no rice or chicken, I mean the box was half empty. And they tried to put the food in there so it looks like it’s full but under the bottom right hand. Side of the box it’s nothing. Terrible and I’m definitely calling corporate. I tried to ask the cook why I had no food, but there was a bit of a language barrier so I’ll just have to call corporate.
