Food was good, but when I asked for a refill on my $3.00 coke, I was directed to a sign that read “No refills due to Covid-19”. It is officially over. Shame on the owner for keeping that sign up just to save a few cents (literally how much a refill cost). Bad business. Def won’t be returning due to that mindset.

I may have came on the wrong day, but the chicken teriyaki was utterly disgusting. It was slimy, no teriyaki flavor and had a foul taste. I immediately went back inside to get a totally different meal which was gross also

Used to be a regular at the food court. Ordered yesterday from a food delivery service and was shocked at how small the portions have become. The small container is literally a third of the size of the old portion. Vegetables are also scarce with no mushrooms and very little broccoli, only cabbage. The flavor was good. We ordered one of each beef, chicken, and shrimp teriyaki. The shrimp were the size of salad shrimp, very tiny. Even ordering double meat didn’t seem to add quantity. Definitely not worth the price.

I have been coming here for what feels like over a decade and have loved it and sent my friends here. I sadly will never be returning. Whoever they hire to cook the noodles now is cooking only 2 portions of noodles at most for three people. The box was less than half full of noodles. The portions have been getting smaller and smaller all throughout the years and the prices get higher. But this was the last straw for me. Paying over 40$ for three meals to get 5 bites of noodles total per plate. Ridiculous. This place used to be great but i would avoid at all costs as their food has gotten worse tasting, smaller portions, higher prices, and terrible service. Stay away at all costs

I’ve been going here since ‘07 when the price was $6~. Recently the price increased to $10~ for teriyaki chicken (with noodles + veg + tax), the food amount is almost the same, but I noticed the noodles was over cooked and had a lingering oil taste (maybe left out too long?). The sauce is probably diluted way too much cuz it’s not as flavorful. But it’s nostalgia so I’ll probably be back. Hopefully when this whole mess is over, the quality will go back to the way it was.

Wow! They stopped refills and charge extra for a large drink. They also charge extra for noodles and gives you a smaller portion while charging more for the teriyaki chicken. This use to be one of the best places there. Now they are trying to get as much money as they can from you… So sad…

My daughter & I stopped to grab a little something to eat, after running a few errands. I purchased boneless, bar-b-que chicken for my daughter & I to share. The chicken was tender & delicious. I plan to visit again to sample more of their menu.

Took 10 minutes to get sat down, place was medium busy. Once sat down, we were given menus and told she’s be right back with us. After 20 minutes without even so much as asking what we’d like to drink, we got up and left. 1st time there and I will NEVER pay them my patronage again. Nor will I ever recommend it to anyone I know.
